Location is excellent, near the main square, restaurants, cafes, shops etc. I’s located on a small street away from busy traffic and crowds so quiet. The entrance is not very inviting, followed by steep stairs and small elevator. Other people live in the building. Painting and a fresh look is needed to make guests feel more positive. It now is dark, dusty and moldy, sometimes with occasionally a sewage...

Highly recommended, ideally located, good communication, rooms are comfortable & cleaned daily. Straight walk from the train station, & just minutes walk away from Piaza Magoire. Safety & security in place, & the breakfast is varied & tasty, & adequate to. Opens at 8, for those with early flights. With accommodation priced sky-high, this does make a very pleasant & friendly alternative.

It was a great property and a great location. The only issue I had was the challenging staircase to get into the floor with the rooms! And the noise from the street and church bells was pretty significant in the morning!

This hotel was SO cute. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The front reception representatives were kind and helpful. The shared bathroom thing wasn't a big deal. Our room had 3 beds and a sink. When you leave the room, just around the corner was a shared bathroom, but it's large.

An interesting place to stay because of the history of the famous guests who once stayed here. Rooms are very large (at least on fourth floor) and have a balcony. Unfortunately, the hotel is quite run down and badly needs modernising throughout. The bathrooms smell from the drains and there is only a hand held shower hose in the bath. Very good Hotel in the very centre of Bologna practically all interesting sights are very close. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent value for money 10 euro which includes large selection of fruits, cereals, eggs and sweets.

Lovely spacious apartment. Good facilities. A lot of traffic noise but ear plugs were provided and I slept very well. I wasn't able to get breakfast, the kitchen seemed to be closed a lot, the most I managed were a couple of coffees on the last day.

Our experience here was great. The breakfast was fair enough and fresh. The location is easy to get anywhere from. The staff were so friendly, polite, caring and helpful. The room was soundproof good enough. The airco was perfect and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely go back there again.

Fantastic stay! I stayed in the Julia. I had a VERY rough 48 hours of airport travel (cancellations, delays and lost luggage). The views, accommodations and importantly the people at Casa Faccioli made it worth the travel. Great location (couple of steps away from the old town center) and easy to get to the train station to get to the airport or to your next destination.

A "bed and breakfast" without breakfast. I suppose that's better than a B&B without a bed, but still. :) Other than that, the room is very clean and comfortable. You just have to hope your neighbors are quiet, though, because there's no soundproofing between rooms.

A Good place for a couple nights The room was meant to sleep in. No extras. The bed was uncomfortable. I think it’s time for a new mattress. Bus stop was right out front. The lady in Reception that checked us in was very nice and knowledgeable of the area.

The location was excellent. It was located about a block from the train station and walking distance to city center and the historic sites/shopping district. The room was extremely clean and modern. VERY clean room with bathroom in the hall which was also very clean. Coffee and brioche in the little store first level. Espresso machine and fridge in room. Proprietor helped secure a taxi to the train station and recommended this over a train--he was no doubt correct about this. 20' beautiful walk to the famous piazzas and churches. Would stay here again.

The apartment is elegant and well served, both in terms of services and furnishings. The area is very convenient, also for traveling as it has the station nearby to reach the central station or the airport in a very short time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. When I pass through Bologna again I will stop in their facilities again.

We have stayed in the structures of the Aparthotel on other occasions of stay in Bologna. Everything is always perfect: organization of check-in and check-out, communications, availability for special needs. The apartment is cozy, clean and equipped with the main comforts. The internal parking is much appreciated.

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Bologna. Basic but functional and quiet furnishings despite being adjacent to the subway station. At the next need for an overnight stay in Bologna I will definitely take this into account.

Needs a little TLC The bedroom was superb, the bed was enormous and one of the best I've slept on ever. Unfortunately there were maintenance issues with the bathroom, toilet unfixed to the ground, sink not draining properly etc. A damp musty smell in that room. Shower cubicle a bit past it's best. I was there a short time and to be fair I don't think the proprietor was even aware of the bathroom...

Good location to old town Family vacation. Online check-in was not very clear if submission of information required by hotel is completed, as there is no other reply from hotel. On day of arrival, unable to gain access into the building. Has waited for someone to come out of the building to be able to let myself in.
