We organized our wedding lunch at savoia regency. The restaurant and the staff were wonderful. The location is very nice and the food was very good. They offer different menus. Highly advised if you have allergies or food intollerancies.

Ok in general but for this price range I would expect to have a courtesy water in the room and paper tissues.

Very nice hotel and service. The pool is superb. We travelled with kids and they enjoyed as well. Breakfast is nice and dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good, had dinner there twice. Had a rental car but also took the close-by bus number 20 to downtown Bologna, which was handy. The rooms are good though not newly minted. Airport is close-ish.

The hotel looks beautiful on the outside, the restaurant is great. The location is nice 15 mins from the airport and close to the center of bologna (you need a car to get into the center quickly). Probably a 10 minute drive. The rooms are classic, bit old styled. The main downside are the beds. Beds are very hard. The mattrass lies on a sold wood plank. Was lovely to stay in a traditional old school Italian decor hotel. Staff were not especially welcoming when compared to other hotels I stayed in on this trip.

The location was very convenient and very close to the city center. The hotel itself was okay, obviously old and there were signs of disrepair throughout including peeling paint, broken cabinet door and old carpet. That said our room was still clean and comfortable if just a little musty, but we could have opened the window to fix that.

The hotel staff were wonderful and welcoming: I paid for the room and breakfast option, but as I was leaving very early the next morning, they left a takeaway breakfast package at reception! The single room was decidedly small and clean, as was the bathroom.

The hotel is located near the highway and has its own parking lot, making it safe and convenient for drivers. It's also very close to the city center by taxi. The hotel service is excellent; everyone is very nice and willing to help.

Hotel is located in the center of Bologna, very easy to reach from the city center and train station by foot or bike. The room is a little small, which is quite common in Europe, but the quality is decent. Breakfast in okay, not the greatest but also not the worst. Very friendly staff.

Very nice Hotel. Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early after a 22 hour travel day. Staff gave us several options for dinner. A significant amount of restaurants available to pick from. Close to the old city center. Plenty to see and do.

Very clean, friendly people, but the most inconvenient room: no table, no chairs, no drawers to keep clothes, in a tiny shower there is no shelf for shampoo, no hook, no hand shower head. Advise: find another hotel.

We’ve been here for 1 night, visited Ducati and Lamborghini Museos and Plants. Very nice accommodation with everything you need! It is central. That's an old hotel so don't expect too much. Parking available means street parking, not private parking, or they tell you to park in a closed parking spot, which you can also find in google.

There was no direction on how to turn on the heather. Tried to call receptionist, no information to which number to dial. In most of hotel you dialled 0 then you will get the receptionist. Apparently this hotel has 3 digits number to dial the receptionist and again, there was no instructions how to contact receptionist. I was too tired to go down asking about the heather. Modest, clean, and well located. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was simple but lovely. Reviews mentioning the size of the bathrooms were very much true. I’m on the small side and usually don’t have an issue but it was tight. If I were a heavier person I would’ve had issues accessing the toilet.

Ok, we know Bologna quite well so location wise to us, was good. About 10 minutes from the station. Rooms are good, a tad old and could do with some TLC but clean. Shower, also clean and hot water, always a plus. Breakfast was great, excellent selection. For us a tad to warm in the room, but that seemed to be everywhere we stayed in while in Italy this trip 😂.would we use again, most likely.

The hotel was within walking distance location from the train station and also the main sites; it is not far from a major street with lots of shops and things to do; it is also not far from the college area where you can eat and drink for cheap; the hotel itself is low thrills with small European rooms, but are clean.

Our arrival into Bologna was midnight and this budget stay for 6-7 hrs was perfect, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at the Astor :) the room had a funny smell, the breakfast was very uninspiring, and one could hear every noise from every corner all the time, but the room also was large and comfortable and the bathroom was good and everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful - it was a relief to stay at a place where it felt a lot like being at home. I definitely would stay again.

Have a car? Bus savvy? This is the place for you. The hotel is a ways out from the historic center, but the bus stops right in front of the hotel. It was very quiet hotel in night and get very goog sleep at nigth. It was in city centre and everything was very close and reachable by foot.

There is nothing actually wrong with the hotel as it is clean and quiet and the staff is lovely, but the hotel is on a canal that was dry the entire time we were there, on a graffiti-laden narrow street, and is dark with a dated and tired decor. It was my least favorite of all the hotels we stayed in on our trip. The best part was the Lego town displayed in the basement.

The Hotel was centrally located and was a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful, and our room was amazing. The history of the Hotel was interesting as well. The decor of the Hotel was wonderful. They offered a storage room for our luggage prior to check out which allowed us to go to lunch without all of our bags. Highly recommend.

This Hotel is in the Heart of Old Town. We stayed in Room 401 which was a spacious walk-up apartment above the hotel. I would Stay Here Again!

We stayed 3 nights and loved both the location and the place. A leisurely 20-minute walk takes you to the city center. Silvia, the owner, is very kind and helpful, and we finally found a B&B in Bologna that accepts our furry friend Ettore, a Bernese Mountain Dog. It wasn't easy. We have a niece who lives in Bologna, so we go there twice a year, and now we've found our favorite place to stay.

We were guests for the legendary Vasco Rossi concert in Bologna, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Located just steps from the Dall'Ara Stadium, and a very comfortable walk to the city center. A little oasis of kindness and comfort. The garden in the park is like feeling at home. Only "complaint" is that the elevator is very small, very slow to arrive and only goes to the third floor.
