This was a surprising find. Only a five-minute walk from the train station and a beautiful setting. There was a spa and a small gym. The room was cozy and a little tight, but had a fridge and pot to make hot water. Bed was comfy and warm. The lobby area was ample and we could have spent more time there, but were too intent on getting to know Bologna.

I was accommodated at this hotel for 3 days. The rooms facing the main road are very noisy, the one at the back are ok. If it rains there is leaking water very badly in the rooms in the 2nd floor. When you go to bed you must have an umbrella with you. I was disturbed a lot and there was zero initiative from management. I would give less stars but because of the friendly staff, I will give 3*.

Personally I liked it, the room was comfortable, private shower even though it's a bit small you can move the shower doors to make it feel bigger and also the staff was very nice and helpful. Not sure why some of the other reviews for this hotel have been harsh but for the price it is really very good, a nice 3 star hotel, nicely decorated inside, nice rooms, quality furnishings and bedding for the price, excellent location. The room is large and well-equipped. If you contact the landlord in advance, you can also make the sofa into a bed for an additional 10 euros. After checking out, there is also free luggage storage service, which is very convenient.

Good location, minimalist decor.

This hotel was SO cute. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The front reception representatives were kind and helpful. The shared bathroom thing wasn't a big deal. Our room had 3 beds and a sink. When you leave the room, just around the corner was a shared bathroom, but it's large.

The hotel is located on the top floor of a building, and there were no clear instructions in our confirmation email or from on Agoda messages on how to get there (unless I missed it and if so, I apologize). Excellent position at the threshold of the impressive and walkable old city. Many eateries in general area. Old world charm with large rooms and modern bathrooms (but not ensuite)

It's about a 20-minute walk from the station. I think the service is OK, but the sound insulation is a bit poor and the key is a bit difficult to use. It's not just a matter of inserting the keyhole into it. It has to be aligned to a certain depth where there will be a latch, and you have to turn it to that depth before it can be used.

The hotel is very conveniently located a short walk from the city center. There are many restaurants and cafes close by. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious. It is on a busy street with lots of noise, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

The room was exceptionally clean and the furniture was in pristine condition. The staff was extremely polite and, helpful. The one negative comment would be the noise level coming from the streets. We were on the fifth floor and ear plugs did not help.

Wonderful stay We loved our stay at Ben Ti Voglio. The proprietor and her assistant was extremely accommodating. The property is beautiful with magnificent views of the hillsides. Breakfast was very good.

This is a quaint hotel. We needed to arrive late and hadn't received instructions on how to get in. Fortunately we had a friend with us who speaks Italian. We were eventually able to get into the building, which was next door to the hotel with the sign. The beds were decently comfortable. There is not anything nearby. No other businesses anywhere within walking distance.
