I have been living for a while in this hotel for my business trip to Amadori and I can conclude that this is a great hotel which I will explain.
I have slept in several rooms so I can say that there are several room sizes for different amounts of people. There are rooms for 2, 3 or 4 people where all the beds are comfortable. The ones that are double are amazing. They are really comfortable. The room's size is ok even if you are one or two people the distribution is correct. As you see on the images on every room you have a wardrobe, a small table with some snacks, the TV and the small night table with a lamp. Some of the charging stations from the room might not work (I don't know why) but still there are enough station for charging two devices simultaneously.
Everyday that I have been here the cleaning people come by and knock the door. (If you don't respond they may enter to clean if you don't put the do not disturb paper and you'll wake up in the morning). Also the cleaning services are nice and if you work during night they understand and come later to check on the room but you have to notify it. The bathroom is nice. There is some space and everything is clean as the cleaning services come to clean everyday. The toilet pushbutton works and there is no water leaks so I can say the are great.
The downside of this hotel is the location where is not near the center (you have to walk for 20 min aprox). Also for some time during the January Gym session (there is one outside the hotel and next to it) there is too much sound. That happens only for the rooms from 7-13 as the others are on the other part of the building and there is no gym-noises.

Absolutely awful. The moment we walked in, there was a terrible stench. We arrived a week early, and although the booking app clearly showed available rooms, they refused to let us pay the difference or give us a refund. I've never encountered such a terrible hotel (it's more like a garbage dump). The service was extremely poor; they just wanted to rip us off.

I went on a business trip. I never saw a single member of staff. The room was cleaned so to speak... the bed wasn't even made. Towels weren't changed. The only message was from the owner (I think), asking for money for the snacks...

My third stay at this hotel. I confirm my previous good opinion. Place is clean, easy to reach (about 15 min walk from train station) and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is possible to check in by telephone and thanks to the entrance with security code you can access the hotel at any time.
The rooms are comfortable and well cleaned.
Great for stopping a few nights in a strategic position close to the center.

Hi, I would like to redo the review to the structure given the lack of professionalism in your response:
1) on the phone I had expressly asked the difference in price between a single and a DOUBLE, which then you assigned me a double was YOUR decision, not mine.
2) the double would have been fine the same if the single beds had not separated from each other at each movement, not to mention that the networks you are talking about were already broken down AT MY ARRIVAL, NOT ONLY AT MY CHECK-OUT. I have absolutely not ruined the networks of the two singles, but I found them already broken, your answer speaks for itself.
On this I do mea culpa, I should have called you immediately and had the bed replaced on the spot as I paid you to sleep on a bed in really bad condition.
3) I wrote that I did not find the price very cheap (especially in light of points 1 and 2) not that it was exaggerated. I assure you that in much more central structures the prices are equivalent if not cheaper.
4) NONE of the staff informed me that the snacks were paid otherwise I would have paid them immediately instead of leaving to receive your message "how do you intend to pay the snacks"? and immediately return to pay them. I only wrote it as an FYI point to your other future visitors, no claims and no controversy.
I can guarantee you there won't be a next time, not so much for the inconvenience of the accommodation, as for your unprofessional response.

The object of the complaint is that the room smells of smoke despite a prohibition sign; probably the situation was known, having found the windows open to vasistas. Judging by the type of management, poorly supervised, the situation in my opinion is not excluded that it may be repeated in the future. I obviously hope I'm wrong.
