San Pietro in Cesenatico

The hotel has a great location and is right across the beach very clean. You can tell though that it is an older generation hotel. Unfortunately they only give you their bikes for 4h before you have to return them while other hotels with less stars give their bikes without a time limit. We had to bring our clothes to a dry cleaner,which we had to find out ourselves cause the desk didn't know where they had one in that town.For a 4 star hotel one could expect they would have an iron. Costs are probably 25 euro,but unfortunately they didn't. Bed are very comfortable yet if you are over 6feet (182cm) your feet will hang over the bed.The fruits at breakfast were hard not ripe yet 3 days in a row. Now with that being said the staff was amazing,very friendly and helpful even if they lacked certain information. The hotel overall is good, one just shouldn't have expectations according to the stars. The pool area is wonderful. Would I stay there again yes cause the staff is very friendly, just not with a 4 star expectation. So advice to management you have a wonderful fruit market make sure the fruit at breakfast are ripe, buy 2-3 irons for your guests and maybe an extra 10 bikes so they can be used without a time limit just as in other hotels, then it be a pleasant stay without unpleasant surprises.

Hotel with a nice view of the sea and a great location As it was very central. However, it in need of a renovation. Bathroom was very old and they didn’t even have an iron. The staff was however great, excellent customer service.
