The hotel was average, the room was ok, the cleaning was good. Quite ok for just sleeping and changing clothes. Great beach with good opportunities for coffee and lunch/dinner. Negative was that it is very responsive. The staff at Hotel Universal was more service-oriented than those at the twin hotel. We are satisfied.

The hotel was ok. Nice friendly service and daily cleaning.

The room was small and the bathroom even smaller, but both work fine. Lots of hot water in the shower.

The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. For my style, too many cookies and the bread was a bit dry.

Would I go there again, yes and without hesitation.

Located between Pinarella and Cervia ... If I had to do a vacation again I would definitely do it again here! Cleanliness and friendliness ... Great location and a few steps from the beach ... Very satisfied ...
