Reviews
The room we were assigned was incredibly small for two adults with a child; we barely had time to move.
It wasn't very clean!
In the tiny bathroom, there was hair on the sink, toilet, and shower, and dirt behind the door. The fluorescent light, the only one available (no mirror light), was burned out. We weren't even there before we arrived without problems.
The rest of the room was clearly cleaned in a hurry; there was dust under the bed and even on the top of the TV, etc. If you opened the cabinet, the other one wouldn't fit into the bathroom; the door completely covered the entrance.
Between the entrance door and the bed, a locked bedroom door separated us from another room where other people were staying.
The rooms aren't soundproofed, so any noise inside or outside is quite loud.
The small balcony overlooked the street, and across the street was another family hotel. It was chaos at all hours! It's impossible to rest.
The crib/bed for my little girl arrived after I requested it from the cleaning lady, even though it had already been included in the personal requests for the reservation.
The conditions are difficult to comment on: the irons were out, the sponge was exposed and easy to swallow, tears everywhere and dirty. It was the only one available; there was nothing else.
As for the welcome upon arrival, almost nothing. They took documents, told us where to get the keys, which were hung in front of the reception.
No welcome, not even a word about the services offered by the hotel or paid for, like nearby bathrooms, events, evenings, etc.
I took some brochures I found on the counter while waiting.
The hotel has an in-house restaurant, but no information. You'll find the menu hanging on the elevator, but my husband saw it, while I didn't at first.
We specifically asked if they had breakfast items for me, due to my lactose intolerance.
In the email, they told us there was absolutely no problem; they had everything I needed.
I can say that, two days I didn't have breakfast, and the other four I had to order toast with honey, a bagged croissant for celiacs (hard, poor quality), which they should try, and some biscuits in a very small bag, also for celiacs, which are "adapted" to those with lactose intolerance, but at the time of booking, the request was different.
I want to point out that each time my husband asked for me, otherwise there would have been nothing on the table.
You can't have a breakfast like that on vacation, in a hotel, and if you're breastfeeding your baby.
Furthermore, the owner, Andrea, pointed out to us that our table was in front of the bar, in a different area than the others, far from the buffet. As a result, in the mornings, it was a constant back-and-forth to get something. The table was never set with the essentials (cutlery, sugar, etc.), and I had to go and get the baby's high chair myself, ALWAYS.
I didn't feel well treated, I didn't feel comfortable, I didn't feel treated.
I was very disappointed, but then, thinking about it, I thought that perhaps if we had booked ALL INCLUSIVE, the room would have been better, the bed for my daughter would have been decent, and the meal plan too.
Unfortunately, for those with food intolerances and allergies like my husband and I (shellfish, legumes, milk, butter, etc.), it's difficult to have lunch or dinner at a hotel with a fixed menu; like many others, we end up dining à la carte elsewhere.
Other people, couples with small children, have had various inconveniences (I spoke to them), and some have left the hotel early for various reasons, including treatments and services.
This is my experience, nothing personal, just a three-star hotel that's just as good as two.
First negative experience.
Polite, efficient and professional staff
Super good cuisine that truly recalls the Romagna tradition.
Pool, rooms and spotless rooms.
We really enjoyed it!
We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!!
Courtesy, cleanliness, fine cuisine.
Bicycles available for daytime and evening rides.
Come on guys and "not" ......
Thanks Licia Andrea and to all the staff 😘
