TERRIBLE HOTEL.

Bad:
1. THIS HOTEL’S PHOTOS ARE FAKE. They stole photos from other hotel because they don’t want to show the reality.
2. NOTHING TO EAT OR DRINK. There is only crunchy bread, 2-3 cheap kind of sweets and sweet yogurt. The hotel does not have a microwave, kettle or fridge anywhere. The coffee machine gives you sewer water and even milk is 80% of water.
3. No hot water.
4. Sometimes rude service.
5. Additional €10 for parking.
6. Wasting your money on the hotel and get nothing. Can’t even drink clean water that does not tastes like from the sewer.
7. The only thing you get in the hotel is anorexia.

Good:
1. Room cleaner and receptionists are polite and nice.
2. You can become skinny because there’s nothing to eat for breakfast.

Room cleaning is sketchy and only done every other day. The staff is inattentive to guests; after two days, they still don't know who's staying at the hotel and who isn't. We asked for an extended check-out time (€15) until lunchtime. When we arrived on Sunday, the hotel was closing for the end of the season, and no one told us anything when we checked in. The receptionist took every opportunity to reiterate the closure and make it clear to us that we needed to leave as soon as possible. The experience was completely out of line with the price we paid.
Screaming children in the adjacent room woke us up at dawn.
I strongly advise against staying here.

The positive aspect of this hotel is definitely its location; just minutes from the beach (both public and private), attractions, and various parks.
The room was mediocrely cleaned upon arrival, and housekeeping is done every other day. This cleaning only consists of changing towels. The floor remains untouched, as do the beds, bathroom, and so on. For the price, much more attention should be paid.
Besides the fact that the rooms are tiny, ours was for three people, and we literally could barely move.

I booked from the 10th to the 14th in this hotel and on the 9th I was told that they had moved you to another nicer structure with more comfortable rooms. Hotel Tina. Result is: I paid for a 3 star hotel with daily cleaning service, wifi, reception, breakfast service and we were thrown into the 2 star hotel Villa Tina, without reception, breakfast service, room cleaning and wifi, plus the room was small and dirty. But cunningly, they receive you in another 3 star hotel Favorita so as not to make you appear to be the Villa Tina, a real scam.

Expensive hotel with practically nothing to offer in terms of services. I stayed 2 nights with my family in this hotel in August, and honestly for more than 100 euros a night I expected something more! Parking is not included (15 euros a day!) and spaces are very limited; a problem since the only parking in the area is paid. It was not possible to take advantage of the breakfast on site, but you are directed to affiliated bars/restaurants that we did not have the opportunity to try. The rooms are quite large but anonymous and cold; it was not possible to have a camping bed/crib for my son, so if you are considering staying with small children think carefully. Nothing to say about the staff, kind and helpful, but I really think that for this price you can find better.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathroom working in all, close to the sea and services, we took 2 rooms being a large family including 2 infants we were satisfied in every request, in the room there is no mini-bar and having very small children we needed milk and they made available to us the fridge of the internal bar, working wifi and also the TV, cleaning every other day we will definitely return

Terrible hotel. A 3 star that is worth 1. With 40 degrees outside, if you want air conditioning you have to pay, parking you have to pay. The closets smell terrible inside. But the best of the best is the bathroom. The shower that doesn't close the door. A phone so small that you can barely get the sand off of yourself. Our friends' room flooded while taking a shower. The damage was irreparable and luckily the room was changed.

There are no words to describe this Hotel, obsolete structure, small rooms, despite the parking being paid, the spaces are limited and the staff asks you to park behind the cars of other guests. The staff is incompetent, rude. The breakfast is a misery and to top it all off, one morning they didn't serve coffee because the machine was broken and they didn't have another one to replace it. What can I say, stay away from this Hotel if it can be defined as such

I love travelling with my daughters. We have had to stay in various hotels in Greece, Turkey, Egypt and other countries, including Italy. I usually always have a good experience of staying in hotels, but this hotel caused a storm of resentment and disgust! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The hotel that describes itself as a 3-star hotel does not even come close to a single star in terms of quality of service or meeting European hotel service standards. All the minuses and negatives of staying in this diner (a diner, not a hotel or guest house): 1. The sneaky deception of customers starts as early as the booking process on the website. The photos in the description of this hotel show beautiful food, which gives the impression that the hotel offers a variety of dishes, or at least there is a choice of decent food. It turns out that all these photos are untrue and refer to the service of another hotel in another region! In fact, this hotel offers a simply awful breakfast, which consists of a croissant, yoghurt and - attention - two or three kinds of different desserts! Is this breakfast for tourists who come with children? What is so nutritious about this worthless breakfast? Why can't a three-star hotel provide a minimum set of products for breakfast - e.g. boiled eggs, cheese and cold cuts??? I repeat - this is the minimum required breakfast set for a self-respecting hotel! The water in the vending machine is as if from a pit - unpleasant and tasteless, you cannot use such water for coffee or tea! In a word, - breakfast - just sucks, or rather - it just does not exist. And this in a Bed & Breakfast! 2. Have you ever seen a three-star hotel without ANY kettle or microwave in the kitchen? It was a real shock for us! I highly recommend the hotel management to get these important items. If the hotel cannot provide a proper breakfast, let the hotel customers heat food bought from the supermarket and boil good quality water. 3. On arrival at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water. How can this be when the hotel description states that there is hot water and it should be there? After my complaint the next day, the hot water appeared by evening. Thanks to the girl at reception who promptly responded to the request to take action. 4. The canteen attendant is an egregious case in general. A rude, ignorant, boorish, insolent person who is clearly not at his workplace and does not meet any requirements for the selection of staff serving hotel visitors. The tables are filthy, not cleaned on time. When we arrived, there was a room number on the table and...that was it. No fork, no knife, no napkins - the table was not prepared for the arrival of visitors. To my indignation as to why the quality of service was so low, the waiter simply replied Belissimo. There was no apology or explanation from him. Well, if a hotel staff member thinks it is great to serve the hotel guests as-is, to be rude, to resent comments, I sympathize with him an

Well, if a hotel staff member thinks it is great to serve the hotel guests as-is, to be rude, to resent comments, I sympathize with him and I sympathize with the hotel. With this attitude, you show how much you "value" the reputation of the hotel and how high level of responsibility you have when working in the hotel business.
5. Another simply outrageous thing is that after 10pm, the hotel is left without a receptionist and a security guard! There is no one to turn to in case of emergency! Is this normal practice for a three-star hotel? It is a disgrace to leave hotel guests alone with possible problems!
6. It would not be so sad if it was a randomly ordinary hotel chosen unfortunate. This hotel has collaborated with Mirabilandia. The famous theme park offers this hotel as accommodation for its visitors, who come for a couple of days. We booked this hotel on Mirabilandia's official website. I think the Mirabilandia administration is totally unconcerned about their reputation by offering this level of hotel to their visitors. With such offers, Mirabilandia only worsens the impression of themselves, in addition to the existing problems in the park itself.
7. Another unpleasant discovery is that the receptionist does not speak international English! Dear administration, how do you choose your staff, knowing that tourists come from different countries?
My only kind word and gratitude for 2 days of stay in this pit I am ready to express only to the girl on reception who helped to solve the problem with hot water, and the house cleaner. This person works on conscience, tries to put all the things in the room neatly and cleanly.
Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
