Reviews
Bad:
1. THIS HOTEL’S PHOTOS ARE FAKE. They stole photos from other hotel because they don’t want to show the reality.
2. NOTHING TO EAT OR DRINK. There is only crunchy bread, 2-3 cheap kind of sweets and sweet yogurt. The hotel does not have a microwave, kettle or fridge anywhere. The coffee machine gives you sewer water and even milk is 80% of water.
3. No hot water.
4. Sometimes rude service.
5. Additional €10 for parking.
6. Wasting your money on the hotel and get nothing. Can’t even drink clean water that does not tastes like from the sewer.
7. The only thing you get in the hotel is anorexia.
Good:
1. Room cleaner and receptionists are polite and nice.
2. You can become skinny because there’s nothing to eat for breakfast.
Screaming children in the adjacent room woke us up at dawn.
I strongly advise against staying here.
The room was mediocrely cleaned upon arrival, and housekeeping is done every other day. This cleaning only consists of changing towels. The floor remains untouched, as do the beds, bathroom, and so on. For the price, much more attention should be paid.
Besides the fact that the rooms are tiny, ours was for three people, and we literally could barely move.
All the minuses and negatives of staying in this accommodation (not a hotel or guest house):
1. The real deception of customers starts as early as the booking process on the website. The photos in the description of this hotel show beautiful food, which gives the impression that the hotel offers a variety of dishes, or at least there is a choice of decent food. It turns out that all these photos are untrue and refer to the service of another hotel in another region!
In fact, this hotel offers extremely bad and cheap breakfast (you can see it on the photo), which consists of a croissant, yoghurt and - attention - two or three kinds of different desserts! Is this breakfast for tourists who come with children? What is so nutritious about this worthless breakfast? Why can't a three-star hotel provide a minimum set of products for breakfast - e.g. boiled eggs, cheese and cold cuts??? In a single word - a breakfast just does not exist. And this in a Bed & Breakfast!
2. Have you ever seen a three-star hotel without ANY kettle or microwave in the kitchen? It was a real shock for us! I highly recommend the hotel management to get these important items. If the hotel cannot provide a proper breakfast, let the hotel customers heat food bought from the supermarket and boil good quality water.
3. On arrival at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water. How can this be when the hotel description states that there is hot water and it should be there? After my complaint the next day, the hot water appeared by evening. Thanks to the girl at reception who promptly responded to the request to take action.
4. The canteen attendant is not polite. This person is clearly not at his workplace and does not meet any requirements for the selection of staff serving hotel visitors. The tables are filthy, not cleaned on time. When we arrived, there was a room number on the table and...that was it. No fork, no knife, no napkins - the table was not prepared for the arrival of visitors. To my indignation as to why the quality of service was so low, the waiter simply replied Belissimo. There was no apology or explanation from him. Well, if a hotel staff member thinks it is great to serve the hotel guests as-is, to be rude, to resent comments, I sympathize with him and I sympathize with the hotel. With this attitude, you show how much you "value" the reputation of the hotel and how high level of responsibility you have when working in the hotel business.
5. Another simply outrageous thing is that after 10pm, the hotel is left without a receptionist and a security guard! There is no one to turn to in case of emergency! Is this normal practice for a three-star hotel? It is a disgrace to leave hotel guests alone with possible problems!
6. It would not be so sad if it was a randomly ordinary hotel chosen unfortunate. This hotel has collaborated with Mirabilandia. The famous theme park offers this hotel as accommodation for its visitors, who come for a couple of days. We booked this hotel on Mirabilandia's official website. I think the Mirabilandia administration is totally unconcerned about their reputation by offering this level of hotel to their visitors. With such offers, Mirabilandia only worsens the impression of themselves, in addition to the existing problems in the park itself.
7. Another unpleasant discovery is that the receptionist does not speak international English! Dear administration, how do you choose your staff, knowing that tourists come from different countries?
My only kind word and gratitude for 2 days of stay in this pit I am ready to express only to the girl on reception who helped to solve the problem with hot water, and the house cleaner. This person works on conscience, tries to put all the things in the room neatly and cleanly.
