Best place to stay if you want a holiday by the sea in amicable atmosphere and really delicious Italian food!
Family run hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent location, a stone's throw from the center and the sea. Pleasant, comfortable and clean room n ° 44 equipped with air conditioning, bathroom and a small terrace. In addition, with a window and a large window that is excellent for air changes. The cuisine is also good, offering a more varied menu. I must say that we found ourselves just fine. To be recommended.
We arrive with a car of modern dimensions, the first problems are already starting here, the parking in the basement is only for small cars.
The bedroom clearly from the 80s (perhaps earlier), single beds coupled, a bed base without slats that I had not seen for 30 years.
Mattress probably also dating back to 40 years ago.
Leaving aside the old furniture and finishings, maybe 20-inch televisions with neck dislocation-proof ceiling bracket.
Breakfast with no choice, just a few slices of ham and sliced cheese.
The only positive note is the service.

Good things first: an outdated building in acceptable condition. It has a parking garage not suitable for full size cars. Free wifi (although pretty slow). Breakfast is included in the price (mandatory).
No so good things: room is pretty small, mattress is very uncomfortable. Needs urgent update. A small TV is installed 7' high, virtually impossible to watch. (Only Italian channels, anyway.) Worst thing: the smallest bathroom I've ever seen. Not even a shower curtain between toilet and shower. Cleaning needs serious improvement.
Location: cca. 1/4 mi from the beach, but it's a paying beach. (Bars, restaurants maintain beach beds and umbrellas for a fee and demand food/drink purchase.) Free beach is about 3/4 mi. City center is pretty close.
