Hotel Mario in Cesenatico

One of the most terrible experience ever: 1. A horrible smell in the toilets. The staff says that was because of the rain. 2. What the hotel gives as a family room is in fact a kind of disaffected wc with 2 beds, one in top of other. 3. No higien norms respected. I understand that was difficult to find qualified personal to work but that doesnt mean that the turists must suffer on their own money. 4. The restaurant is a SHAME. Me and my wife couldn´t resist more than first night in that hole and we moved to another hotel in order to not destroy completely our holidays. this "hotel" mario cames with 4 stars!! A generous 0.1 star would be more close of the reality P.S the reception personal totaly out of context

They dont try Even understand other language , reception try to rob us from twice as much for tax, just one man from the service was nice , food was okey , for sleeping its is good but not worth of 3 Stars hotel .

Nice, but simple hotel only for Italians. We left our clothes in the closeth, but for them was easier to say, there was nothing. Chose only if its nececerry.
