The only positive aspect is the location near the center. The apartment is old, dirty, and neglected: dust everywhere, hair in the bathroom, broken furniture, and a very uncomfortable bed. A lamp was burned out, and there wasn't even detergent to wash a cup. The price was too high for what you get—it ruined our weekend; staying there was truly unpleasant.

They're delightful mini apartments. Completely self-contained. Clean, with a TV, kitchenette, and washing machine. I didn't give any stars for the service because no one comes to clean while the apartment is occupied.

Message sent overnight to the inn's number:

I'm sorry to say this, but it was a truly unpleasant experience: the mattress was so old and deformed that it was impossible to sleep.
In 2025, I certainly didn't expect to find a place with a bed in that condition, full of sagging and so uncomfortable that it ruined my stay.

Honestly, it's unacceptable to offer such a level of quality to your guests.
It's a shame, because it wouldn't have taken much to make the experience better.

Posizione perfetta a pochi passi dal centro,ma in una zona molto tranquilla. Stanza fornita di ogni cosa, dalla cucina alla lavatrice, ideale per un soggiorno un po' più lungo. Menzione speciale anche alla gentilezza dello staff, siamo arrivati un po' più tardi del previsto ma ci hanno accolto comunque con gentilezza (non scontato) e ci hanno concesso la gentilezza di lasciare gli zaini dopo il checkout. Assolutamente consigliato.

No Good
I booked for 2 nights in this b & b x 4 pp. We had been told it was a studio flat and so far it's ok ... but upon our arrival we noticed a certain stench when we entered, there was dust everywhere, even the linen gave off this bad smell and in the
sleeping in it, only one night, we felt small bites but not of mosquitoes ... but I think of fleas. Virtually the house hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.
The owner refunded us one day and we left.!
The proximity to the center does not give it value.
If you do pay, you can also offer services .... and then we are still in the midst of a pandemic, hygiene first of all.
No Good.
P.s the air conditioner was unable to cool down (..dated)

A star because I can't put 0.
Assigned room on the second floor: bed in the attic with a dangerous staircase (in the night I slipped on the last steps hurting my side). No air conditioning (only noisy and not very functional air heaters). Outrageous wifi internet (barely takes a notch if I'm standing on the couch). The only positive thing is the area: many clubs and beautiful Ariosto square). Rejected.
