Very kind and welcoming staff. We broke down on the motorway and needed a hotel at last minute that would be pet friendly. The staff were amazing 🤩 and so helpful, plus we got a good kip in a clean and comfy room, with a great breakfast the following morning.

I tried every way to lower the temperature in room 102, but the thermostat was stuck at 27°C ... it was a very hot night. Rooms and breakfast are OK.

All good except the room was too hot, the bathroom radiator would not turn off and the whole place was hot so I couldn’t sleep

Forlanini is a great deal for a quick stop in Parma. staff are friendly. Premises is mostly clean. There is plenty of additional parking space behind the hotel (enter via gas station side).

The only disappointment was with the drainage issue at the shower. It led to a mini flood due to problems there and water flood out after shower.

I wrote my review in “F52”, that is the same. On food, they make commercial choices, but in a nice way. It is a very nice place for a private party.

Very convenient for travelling, great restaurant. Outlook could be better and not so inviting to walk in the neighbourhood, although they do provide exercise equipment in the room to counter this - highly recommended.
