Excellent location for walking to the IEO. Comfortable and very clean room. I recommend it.

While the actual room was clean and in good condition, the hotel is far from transportation and the city center. If you have your own car, that is likely not a major concern, but if you rely on public transportation like we do, it was a less than ideal situation requiring walking down dark and unlit places.

They were really nice to us. Nice room and clean. Good breakfast and they also left a lot of food for us to eat. Only negative thing was no hot water. I will definitely come back

Excellent location for going to the IEO
I chose it because it was the closest to the IEO: in fact, it's an easy 15-minute walk away. The room is large, clean, and well-heated. The in-room breakfast was simple but plentiful.

I absolutely do not recommend it. It looks like a hotel in Nigeria. Getting there is a feat, it remains between iron collections, junkyards and a ROM camp. There is no private parking. The room is not bad, clean and large, but around it is the third world structure itself. There are certainly much better, I would avoid

Everything was fine except for the location and breakfast (which was provided the night before with all packaged food). It's a shame because there's a bar next door where you have to check in, which could be better organized.
Anyway, if you don't have a car, even getting to eat is a big hassle.

Excellent property, the rooms are truly well-finished, clean, and well-organized. It's just a stone's throw away for those who need to go to the IEO.
The only shame is that there's little nearby for those on foot, but you can get by ordering online.
Anyway, I recommend it.

I had an immediate need to look for a room for 3 people for a trip to Milan.
Booked just a day before and without much discussion given the rush.
Found this facility that was close to where I was
served and in zone B.
Su trip had a great price and I wasn't expecting much.
Instead it was a wonderful surprise.
Large, neat and clean room.
Fantastic shower experience.
It is located next to a padel facility where you go to the reception.
I didn't know about breakfast, but instead they showed me an assortment of well-assorted, quality biscuits, snacks, tea, coffee pods and fruit juices.
I take this opportunity to thank them for their hospitality.
Obviously I will return as soon as I need accommodation with an excellent price/quality ratio in Milan
