Like every year, we spent a fantastic week at the Hotel Desirée.
Warm welcome and serene environment, kind and helpful staff, always ready to satisfy requests.
Comfortable, practical and clean rooms..
Good food, simple but refined cuisine.
We always leave a part of our heart with them..
The strategic location is a real added value.

Good morning, I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. It's in an excellent location near the sea and the city center. The rooms are clean, with bathrooms and showers. We chose the full-board option, and the food was excellent. There was a buffet every day, with three choices of first and second courses.
I highly recommend it!

It's like being at home. The hotel is 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from Viale Ceccarini. All amenities are close to the hotel. The rooms are spacious. The buffet is always very extensive. The staff has always been kind and friendly. My son had a soft spot for Grazia and Sara, the entertainer. Elisa, the manager, is always very attentive to our guests' needs. Simply thank you.

It really feels like a family business, in the week we were there we met special, helpful people who made us experience unforgettable moments, at the end of the week we truly felt at home and we were terribly sorry when we had to leave.
We will never forget the laughter with the other guests, the waiters and the owner, the kindness and hospitality.
In addition to this, an excellent location and organization for family stays complete the package.
I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place to create friendships, bonds and where you can spend a very pleasant holiday

It's a very nice hotel, humble but clean and the manager was on site all the time ensuring everything was good. The staff were very nice and helpful. The free aperitive in the evening was a nice surprise too. We enjoyed the hotel bikes everyday making the trip commuting easy. The walk to the train station is super easy even with luggage.
We'd come back if the opportunity comes.

We stayed at the Desire hotel with our almost three year old daughter.
Apart from the misunderstanding about the room, which was resolved almost immediately, the holiday went very well.
The hotel is in a strategic position, 10 minutes from the sea 10 minutes from the pedestrian centre.
It is certainly suitable for families given the entertainment for children offered both in the afternoon and in the evening.
For us, the only thing that penalized us a little were the lunch and dinner times, we would have preferred them to be a little longer so we could spend a little more time at the seaside, especially in the evening, which is the best time to be on the beach for the children.
Lunch and dinner with a vast menu, you could also request some dishes more suitable for children, sometimes the buffet was scarce, especially at breakfast, you had to wait a bit for the croissants to be plumped up.
But all in all, if we return on holiday to Riccione we will definitely return to them!

I have never reviewed a hotel but I think with all my heart that this property is worthy of it.
I stayed in this hotel from 29 August to 4 September and to say that I was only happy would be an understatement. The climate is really great, welcoming. It is close to the center, the station and the sea (really close by) and the cleanliness is impeccable.
They were all really so kind and helpful, ready to solve any problem or even just to give you information.
The food then! Yummy, always. There has never been a time when I felt the need to complain, so I recommend that you be wary of negative reviews; in a week I have found absolutely nothing negative.
I have stayed alone, but the staff have always been so welcoming and kind to me that I felt at home. A greeting and a really big kiss I send it to Grazia who has always made sure I was okay. There is a truly unique customer focus and I was really happy to have chosen this structure.
In summary, thank you for everything.

Staff very helpful and kind, the hotel is in a strategic position as it is close to both the center and the beach, some previous reviews speak of too limited portions at the restaurant but I disagree, very good cuisine and articulated portions and I think excellent, if someone is not enough you can ask for an encore without any problem.

I gave 4 stars out of 5 only for a few small details: from my room (comfort plus) you could see an abandoned and dirty building; just below my balcony there was a long slab all over the side of the hotel with abandoned dirt inside; the shower head was very old and annoying and the "shower box" is really small; every time I was in the hotel I didn't feel like I was at the sea as it was located in a simple tree-lined avenue.

In any case, all in all I was fine and would recommend it!
