Majorka in Riccione

We were very disappointed in our stay in this hotel. The positive reviews must be fake. There was mold on the shower walls and the shower head. That‘s not only disgusting but also unhealthy. This was often critized in previous reviews and the hotel obviously changes nothing about it.
The receptionists speak only Italian which is a no Go in a hotel nowadays. They were quite incompetent and couldn‘t help us with any of our requests or even understand what we said. For exemple we asked multiple times for our safe to be fixed and nothing at all happened.
The parking and private beach promised in the offer were a total lie as well . We had to search hours for a parking spot and go to other hotels and ask them for a spot on the beach Although parking and beach should be reserved for the guests of the hotel like it was written online. We were even ready to pay for it but nothing was available. This was total fraud. These were two reasons why we booked this hotel in the first place. Breakfast was acceptable but nothing for a longer stay. The price was not justified at all. We would never come back or recommend this hotel to anyone
