Was pleasant, will not visit again.
my husband and I stayed 8 days at this property. We had a great time. Friendly and discreet owners, unobtrusive but available if necessary. The covid security measures are perfectly respected.
Bicycles are always available.
The room was delivered to us earlier than the check-in time, the reserved parking right outside the hotel is very convenient. The location is excellent, near the beach and viale dante and viale ceccarini.
Good cleaning, excellent linen change (if desired, it can also be requested every day), excellent food with a high offer of vegetables and fruit and a lot of choice between first and second courses.
The very kind and friendly waiters, always available.
Low noise rooms thanks to the excellent location of the hotel. out of the chaos but close to all points of interest.
Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and will be back. fully reflects the expectations of a 3 star hotel.

Staying at the Saint Tropez hotel was a real disappointment in many ways. As we are a group of friends, we were attracted by the price I would say rather low and by the numerous reviews that speak of excellent value for money, in reality it costs exactly what it is worth, and maybe even a little more. Starting from what we liked about the hotel, we can talk about the location (really central in Riccione) and the detail of the electric shutters in the room (a nice convenience that we would define, however, superfluous given the state of maintenance of the rooms).
Starting from the room we stayed in 2 triples (don't be fooled by the photos you find online, those are the rooms on the 5th floor built recently, all the others are much worse): the first was clearly a double transformed into a triple by adding a simple bed and it was really cramped and uncomfortable to accommodate 3 people. The sheets had holes in them, the curtains too, the drawers, the wardrobe and under the furniture very dirty (we found a toothpick under a chest of drawers, proof that the housekeepers don't even clean under to the furniture), the plaster on the ceiling was detached in some places and one day we pleasantly found pieces of plaster on the bed and on the floor (photo attached). The "air conditioners" the rooms are equipped with are 80s split with 3 fingers of dust above (I attach photos) which, in the case of one of the two rooms, was totally non-functional and despite having warned the staff more than once , each of these we were told that they had sent a technician and that it worked very well (sleep on it and then you will see if it works). One of the most painful notes is the really rude staff, including the owner and the night watchman always rigorously sprawled on the reception sofa and with a mask under his nose, the only truly courteous is the concierge girl. The waitresses are rude and once you arrive for breakfast they don't even say hello, and one of these at the breakfast service served quietly wearing a pair of beach slippers (it wouldn't cost anything to wear a pair of shoes, since you're still working, you're not on the beach) . Coming to breakfast, the variety is poor, 2 types of brioche, 2 cakes (often even several days before), the coffee and cappuccino come from an automatic machine, and the juices (ace and orange, both quality to beat the worst of the discount stores, they were arranged in the machine incorrectly so if you pressed orange it would come out ace and vice versa). The anti covid rules are totally ignored, the breakfast is buffet style and even if some customers used to serve themselves without even wearing a mask this was not in the least noticed by the waitresses (totally indifferent and all with the mask strictly under the nose). One morning we find a sign informing guests that to serve themselves they should ask the staff (probably because someone had pointed this out to them) but when we ask for information about this we are told "you can also serve yourself, this is only for lunch" (?). Lastly, the gym and sauna are unwatchable, set up in a sort of garage and it is no surprise that no one has ever used them during their stay. In conclusion, the third star of the hotel is totally given away (there are 2 better stars) and although I have seen hotels in my life, none worse than this.
