More like a B&B than a hotel. Very friendly staff but unfortunately the photos on Booking were not the reality. Breakfast 9€ and little choice (only croissants and doughnuts)

Beautiful! We went with the FAI spring days.
The students from the art high school were invited to act as guides (and they were excellent, thorough, and very helpful). My compliments to the current owner, who does everything he can to keep it in order and use it as much as possible to keep it alive. It's well preserved, and I hope it can gradually be renovated, perhaps even turned into a museum.

The historic nature of this neoclassical diadem, its precious works of art, and its enviable location are undeniable. It's almost awe-inspiring. One seriously risks feeling like a speck in the universe before such magnificence. Much effort has been made to reopen it and allow us to stay in the suites where actors, politicians, entrepreneurs, and royalty have spent their summers... it would deserve six stars if more attention had been paid to the details. I'm sure it will earn the highest rating next time.

If you were looking for the worst place to stay in Riccione, then I can confidently say you found it. There is nothing here, I repeat nothing, for which you can pay any money. The area has not been cleaned since Sophia Loren was born, when you ride in the elevator you are baptized because it is very old, everything in the rooms is so old, there are not even hooks for towels in the bathroom. As a bonus, there is a chapel in your window that rings a bell every half hour throughout the day. But the most important bonus is the night disco, which is just like Kazantip in its best years! Right in the yard. That is, you will not rest either day or night. There is only one option: drink, and those who don’t drink look for another hotel!

I was there for a mini vacation with friends. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the sea and the city center. Beautiful location and always friendly and helpful staff, ready to solve any customer need. All at honest prices. Highly recommended.

Very close to Viale Ceccarini and the city life. Residence inside a park with swimming pool. Large internal parking. Very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. The accessories in the kitchen are a bit on the limit but we have not used it much.

The stars I gave them for the kindness and availability of the entire staff within the structure that I state I was very good.
The very large structure consists of 2 residences and a hotel with shared swimming pool adjacent to the famous via di Riccione: viale Ceccarini, and a 2-minute walk from the sea.
The structure in which I stayed, the smallest, would need a restyling, even non-invasive, but of objects (dishes) inside the most modern house, the bathroom clean and in excellent condition.
In general, even if aware of the commitment, it should be more cared for. Arrange the external flooring, the plants that create confusion or cmq better preserved.
I certainly recommend the structure for those who want to stay in Riccione and leave the car as the location offers all the necessary comforts.
