This hotel was in a good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with an excellent self food. The pool was clean and quiet at the time of year we went, September. The bathrooms in particular, were a bit worn and tired but this was at the end of the season. Decor was nice p, the bed was comfortable, and we couldn’t have done without the air conditioning.

Great spot (was there to attend a trade show in Rimini). Just steps away from the beach and a few hundreds meters to bars, pubs and restaurant. Top staff, they make you feel at home. The breakfast is stuning considering the hotel in a 3* property. The buffet (mostly sweet breafast, Italian style) is yummie and the selections of cakes, brioches and breads is vast.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! We are returning guests every year! Very friendly staff. Comfortable and nice rooms. Great food with buffet for lunch and dinner which is very comfortable with kids as they can see and try what they want to eat. We also enjoy organised play activities for kids in the hotel during mealtime.

The hotel is overall Ok, but the best feature is the location right in the middle of Riccione, at a walking distance from the convention center and the beach. Although a bit outaded is still OK to enjoy the fabulous adriatic vibe. Make sure to try the restaurant located at the ground floor.

The hotel needs renovations, with old rooms and uncomfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with any requests. Located about 200 meters from the sea, we still paid very little. Breakfast could have been a bit less rich in cakes and real bread. They were attentive to celiac requests.

Excellent structure, very close to the train station and Viale Ceccarini; you can have a hearty breakfast in the morning, the rooms are clean, with TV and air conditioning (or ceiling fan). There are agreements with the beach and some restaurants. I recommend it.

This Hotel is in an excellent location. The friendly staff. The difficulty comes at night, when you want to sleep... you can hear everything, from dogs barking to people going to the bathroom, doors closing but above all people speaking normally in their room. I think it is unacceptable not to be able to rest peacefully in a 3-star hotel.

A small, recently renovated 1-star hotel offering 3-star amenities. The cuisine was excellent, plentiful, and varied. A generous appetizer buffet was served. The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony. We thank all the staff for their kindness and helpfulness, especially Nicole and Dora. Thank you so much, we felt like family.

Perfect breakfast buffet, way better than most buffets. Also the breakfast was included in the price of 52€ for one night. Our room was very spartanic and you could hear everything in the house / on the streets aswell. But overall a good choice for such a low price only 400m away from the beach!

Thanks so much to Giulia, who was very hospitable, easy to communicate and kind. Speaks good English while other hotels' desk people don't, explained kindly why we had to pay an extra and kept the breakfast for us until 2pm, until which she let us rest and recover though checkout was earlier. Nice hotel close to the beach and the main street, Viale Dante. Food is good, with a lot of variation at lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly, although communicating is not always easy in English or German. Rooms are not the most modern, but offer what you need for a beach holiday. I spent a week at Hotel Milano Helvetia and it was an amazing time! The hotel is well located, food is excellent and abundant, and the cycling guides are great! Especially Luigi! We spent 1 week at the Kent Hotel. The sea view rooms were super nice, simple and refurbished. We had booked with breakfast and dinner, breakfast is limited due to Corona, but still very good. We returned to the Mistral after less than 1 year. For us it was a guarantee but it's no longer like that. The minimal breakfast and hard bread, the telephone doesn't work in the room and the air conditioning doesn't work. We pointed out these things but to no avail. Stayed here a couple times with my family and we really like it. Staff are very nice and service is great. Location is amazing as it's on the boardwalk/lungo mare. Also, very very close to all main attractions. Less than 5min walk to via ceccarini and even less to via Dante. Would absolutely recommend if visiting Riccione and are booking to stay near the beach and the main part of town.

I was there in September. Perfect weather to ride and a very relaxed setting. Beach was perfect but had to pay a small fee for a beach chair. Food was great, lots of pasta. Cycling was amazing 2-3 different routes to choose from daily, guides are great, only wish the roads were a little better in the area.

Nice little hotel on the beach with around 50 rooms. Very clean and newly refurbished. It's a family run place and the staff is friendly and professional. The meals are delicious and they made extra efforts to serve gluten-free meals to my wife. They are specialized in road bikes excursions. I warmly recommend it if you come to Riccione.
