Hotel Modenese in Riccione

We booked a triple room with dog in tow via Booking, without any supplement being mentioned and when we arrive at the property they tell us that we have to pay €15 more for the dog. It doesn't seem right or correct to me since they also know that it isn't reported in Booking. We were disappointed by the service, even more than the structure which needs some work to modernize the rooms. Positive note about the location.

Hotel located in an excellent location. If you are lucky you will find a parking space, but it cannot be booked in advance. Although the price is relatively low, the room is not very clean and poorly maintained for a three-star hotel. Be careful of the walls which are very thin and in some cases you risk not sleeping a wink all night if disrespectful people are present.

The worst hotel i've stayed at in my life!Horror!

A total disappointment, old and ugly room, I had ordered a room for 4, two single beds and a bunk bed and instead a double bed and a bunk bed. There is work in progress and no one told us about the inconvenience. Not being able to go out onto the balcony if you open it. breathe glass wool that hurts there are no parking spaces for everyone there will be 4 for the whole building breakfast let's not talk about four things counted we wanted to leave as soon as we arrived but the lady was smart she made us pay as soon as we arrived which is the first time I see, I usually pay when I leave, not when I arrive, never again

I would like to report an unpleasant episode that occurred in September 2023 in this facility. Aware of the fact that I take responsibility for what I write and that I am in any case in possession of written proof (Whatsapp chat with the structure). The moment I leave the hotel after paying the bill, I realize that I have left the charger at the hotel and I go back to get it. At the reception they told me that the cleaning staff had finished their shift and that there was nothing they could do except wait until the next day (strange). I go home and the following day I call the hotel and they tell me that they are busy and to call back. In practice they did everything in a hasty and superficial manner for an object of modest value which, with a bit of desire and a call to the staff (since we are in 2023 and everyone has a mobile phone) could have been recovered in 5 minutes.
