Small room (even for one!) great location, BUT the music goes nearly every night and it can be loud, so do be aware if you’re one to go to bed early. Lovely breakfast; very kind receptionist and staff. Stayed two nights and would return if no music will be playing nearby!

We had a great 4 night stay at this hotel . All the staff were very professional and friendly. Our room was clean and the balcony was great . Only issues were The in room safe didn’t work and the shower could have been better. These issues didn’t affect our enjoyment of our stay. The Breakfast was really good and again the staff were first class We would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel situated in a prime location. Adriana in reception was the perfect host for us very attentive very polite. Highly recommend this place.. every request we asked of Adriana was never too much trouble. Breakfast was a great selection of food also. ♥️♥️♥️

A completely renovated hotel in Riccione with a modern touch and cutting-edge technology. The room is small, but very well-appointed, designer, and very clean. The entire property is lovely, and the breakfast is good. The sea is nearby, and the town center is about a twenty-minute walk away. It's definitely a far cry from the 1970s-era hotels in the area.

Everything was just perfect: very comfortable room, impecable cleanliness, excellent breakfast with a great variety of sweet and salted food. The owners welcomed us very nicely and propmtly addressed every request we made. In summary, a great experience in a top quality hotel; highly recommended!

We stayed in this hotel for a short vacation, very nice structure, designer furniture, with attention to every detail.The owners, Giuseppe and Marta are very kind, professional and very helpful. Very good location outside the center and away from immense chaos in the greenery but at the same time cmq near the sea comfortable apartment for families. Outside there is also a large beautiful swimming pool. Unfortunately the sore night sn the cleaning I'm sorry but above all the part of the kitchen ....... all sticky a pity, so much so that I didn't use it for cooking 😏😏 for the rest we were fine...

What to say as soon as you arrive you find yourself in front of a private gate. Where through an access code you can access a parking space in the shade which is not just. Thanks to the good signage you can reach the reception without any problem where the staff cordially welcomes us to the residence and leaves us the keys to the apartment, consisting of a large kitchen and a Spectacular living room...

Relatively good option. Beach is close. I'll recommend free one next to entrance. Issue is loud kids disco after 9pm with terrible sounding. It's not possible to sleep. Once it was until midnight with some type of karaoke.

Scared by some previous reviews, I had proof that everyone must try it and then decide. If you have any other options and you stay with kids - you better choose hotels around. Rooms are not as new as expected and very small, the pool is across the road, be ready to clean the bathroom from water each time you are taking the shower. Poor breakfast for children. I stayed at Residence Lungomare with my family for our summer vacation in June. The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We walked to the beach every day. We also visited San Marino which was a great experience. I highly recommend Residence Lungomare!

We stayed at this property from 06/29/22 to 07/03/22 in a suite for 5 people. From the outside, the building looks pretty good: sober and linear. As well as the reception and the common areas. It is located a few minutes by bike from the center but in a not so enviable position. The staff is friendly and helpful in almost all of the staff.
