Hotel Bologna in Rimini

Where do I start!? We checked in for a one night stay with two little kids. A cot wasn’t available even tho we requested one, but that was the smallest problem. Room
Is way too small for 4 people. I tried to wash my 3 year old son and the baby on the bidet - the water was barely dripping. I tried to wash my self after 700km of road - the water from the shower was barely dripping. The excuse was that everybody is taking a shower at this hour, been to many hotels and this has never been a problem. However.. We were 2 adults and two kids - we got two towels - one big and a little(face)one. I guess we should all wipe our bodies with the big one and our faces with the little one. We asked to get our money back so we could leave, they came up with a lame excuse that because we payed with a card the money have already been taxed and they can’t give them back!?!? The man in the front desk lied that he didn’t know who checked us in, and that we have to wait till 20 o’clock. ( I know he lied because a lady checked us in and they swapped, there’s no way he didn’t knew! We went to eat, meanwhile they were able to find a cot, to put more towels in our room. 2 large towels, 2 medium and 2 little one for 4 human beings but however.. On the check out they weren’t necessarily friendly. Said “good morning” but you could feel the lady wasn’t so happy. Overall- 93€ thrown from the window. Would never recommend this “hotel”. 3 stars is waaaayyy overrated for them. We had to ask for our money so they could find a cot, so they could add the towels, so they can provide basic stuff. I wasn’t expecting luxury by no means but this was outrageous. Not to mention the cot they gave us was broken or whatever on one side(we couldn’t fix it) and the baby could’ve easily fell over and hurt itself. I’ve been to low cost hotels before, but this was one of my worst experiences. Not to mention The dust under the bed, want cleaned for months!!. The shower was so high placed that we had to hold the baby in our arms so we could bath him(around 23 o’clock when noone was bathing I guess, so there was water).

All in all.... Breakfast not served only in the bar... on the way out... plus they do renovations while people stay in their rooms... A guy who always but doesn't know everything or night garden.... He makes everything like at home.... I will never return... In fact I don't recommend it... Because even seeing so many foreign males....
