Hotel Santanna in Rimini

It was too small and toilet was extremely small and bat was not enough for one person

We spent 5 nights here (a family of three, two adults, one 8-year-old kid). The only redeeming factors of the hotel are:
- the lady at the front desk (see later) is nice and helpful
- the hotel has a roof 'lounge' with view to the sea

The rooms are really small - a double bed and a single bed with two night stands, and thats it. There is also an old two-door wardrobe in the room to put some of your stuff in.
The room we got was dirty from the start (spiderwebs on multiple spots, the railing on the balcony is rusty, the power outlets look really old. In our five nights, they cleaned the room once, other that than everything remained dirty and sandy (remember, its a sandy beach...)
The fridge is extremely small (I am talking minibar size), and it doesn't really cool well (around 10 degrees maybe?) which is disappointing considering that there is no food to get in this hotel. No breakfast included, no restaurant (there used to be one, but its closed off, not working), so you have to take care of your own food for the time of your stay. But without a proper fridge this is not possible.
Our room was on the third floor -but the elevator is not working either. its not out of order, it is also closed off like the restaurant. Bringing a week's worth of stuff up and down is not a joy for sure.
The "sea view" is half true. you can see a small part of the sea from the sea above the treetops.
The front desk is almost always empty. If you have a problem, you have a Whatsapp number to contact them...
Also, check-in is at 16:00. Exactly at 16:00, the guy who let us in did not come a minute early - not a problem but be informed.
Also be aware that parking in Rimini at the weekend is a nightmare. The hotel does not have an own parking spot, but there is a private parking place approx 100m from the hotel where you can rent a sport for 15EUR per night. Also, bringing all your stuff from there to the hotel and then up three stairs and back an checkout... very disappointing.
Conclusion: I will not go back to Hotel Sant'Anna, and neither should you. The possibilities of the place are great but it really not taken care of. If there renovate the rooms, get their restaurant back, then maybe just MAYBE you can consider them. But for the time being, absolutely NO.
EDIT: I have read the reply of the owner. Everbody: make up your mind if you want to have anything to do with a host like this, who instead of cleaning up the rooms, claim the paying customer as a liar. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST! IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS JOB TO CLEAN THE ROOM! THIS IS UNHEARD OF!
Michele: maybe you want to check your bathroom, this is where I made the photos with the spiderwebs. And: your hotel is by no means "cheap", and the room did NOT have a ceiling fan. if anyone, YOU are the one lying here.
