A star because you can't get less. Attempted fraud for a reservation that was accepted with a confirmation email and paid through the lastminute.com website with two emails confirming the transaction. I call at 18:00 in the afternoon 30 'before my arrival at the hotel and Mr. Marco tells me that my booking has been canceled and no one knows why! they do not have a room for me and when I ask for explanations about it the tone of the reception's voice rises with an accusatory tone as if it were also my fault that I no longer have the paid room with two small children to be arranged on January 1st 2022 !! he then tells me that he would have diverted me to another hotel in Rimini or "he would have done me the favor" of helping me find accommodation to pay obviously because my share had not arrived!
ALL FALSE! fortunately through lastminute I resolved and got a refund by reporting the FRAUD and I knew that it was not the first TIME they did it, especially with those who had small children and were more "fragile" at the moment. SHAME

I also put a star because I can't do less. I can't even say how my stay there was as the day I arrived, after a 4 hour drive, with my 8 year old son, I was told that the triple room we had booked (and already paid for, although Booking said payment in the structure but the owner called us privately a few days later asking for a bank transfer) there was no. We were offered a room with only one double bed without the possibility of an extra bed. We were asked if it wasn't a problem for us to sleep the two of us adults together with an 8 year old in the same bed in exchange for a discount. We refused. We asked another facility, which immediately replied that it found us accommodation. We then told the owner that we were no longer interested and were going somewhere else. We had the receptionist give us the email to send the iban to for the re-credit of the money paid. It already seemed strange to us that Booking said that the payment was made in the structure while once the overnight stay was made we received a call from the owner asking for the total advance payment but we, frankly, had never happened to find such slimy people. Returning to the check in day, we left. Two weeks later we called asking why we no longer received the re-accreditation and the owner (pretending to be an employee and refusing to give the owner's name and number) insinuated that we left because we "didn't like" the facility. Considering that we only saw the entrance, it seems absurd to me. Reading other customer reviews I understand why he said this. We contacted Booking. He informed us that (we did not know) if a structure where we book does not have a free room, despite having booked it, he has 30 minutes available to find a solution.! The fact is that after two / three calls with Booking (in which the owner has changed several versions in the meantime) the money never returned. It doesn't matter about 160 € But please, for those who have time to read the review, DO NOT stay overnight in this hotel.
