Bacco in Rimini

Very friendly staff and tasty food, but the rooms were awful. Small, old, without space for even small suitcases, if you have a big one, you need to open it on the balcony. There is air-conditioning, but it is paid 8 € a night, and it can't be set below 21°C. And of course the trains and the railway, which are just next to the hotel. We were woken up several times at night because of them. You can even feel how the building is vibrating and rocking every time a train passes it. Do not recommend it at all.

Offensive title and obsessed with money and fear that they will steal the TV remote controls, terrible food and unclean rooms, rationed food and crazy times to eat, if you arrived 10 minutes after the start (7.30 instead of 7.15) you would not find anything anymore.. I will never go back there again I have never been treated like this anywhere else

The rooms were very small, you couldn't even get through, the food was decent, the waitresses were not very understanding, the train passed every hour/minute, and the drinks were not included in the menu and to buy a bottle of water you had to wait an "hour".

I went there with the soccer school the food was not suitable for the kids only french fries that we ate for three days. You can't speak Italian with the staff because they don't understand it. The rooms were not for four people (the bathroom door could not be opened with the bedroom door open).

This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The owner who is also the receptionist is utterly rude. The rooms are so small that it’s difficult to even move around the room. And there’s additional payments for having single and double rooms which makes no sense whatsoever. The air conditioning is malfunctioning constantly even though you have to ADDITIONALLY pay for it, very expensive as well(also no remote control for the AC and the console for using the AC was sealed with tape so that it couldn’t be used). Everything is dirty, the environment is extremely loud. There’s trains making terrible noise constantly. The surrounding area is dirty, old and very ugly. The sight from outside our balcony was trash cans. The only acceptable thing was the supper and lunch, which were pretty tasty (on most days), breakfast is terrible though. The staff during meals was nice too. We didn’t receive any toilet paper refills even when we specifically asked for them. The towels in the rooms were unwashed. We were not informed of many very important additional payments and at the end of the trip the owner mocked us and was extremely disrespectful. He also made us pay more than what he said on the first day. The owner runs the place by writing down important information on small scraps of paper, no real documentation. We Didn’t receive any confirmation documents for any of our payments. For the first 3 days he was keeping our IDs and passports and constantly saying he would give them back later. AC doesn’t work in lobby or canteen. Prices are extremely high for this quality of place. I warn all of you, DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL!!!

Dated hotel with very small and cramped rooms that you can't even open the closet.
Tiny bathroom, no shelf for things.
On the terrace not even a thread to be able to hang out.
Location practically on the railway.
Narrow and very hot dining room.
Food in the norm.
Exterior without veranda with old chairs and umbrellas.
Price too high for what it offers.
I don't recommend it

Upon arrival it turns out that the air conditioning is charged 10 euros per day a speculation more than a refund due to the increase in prices. Dirty, noisy (trains don't let you sleep), dilapidated rooms, every time you pass the reception they ask you if you have paid. Absolutely to be avoided.
