I highly recommend this residence; it's not at all noisy, as others say. The finishes are well-finished, almost luxurious (see the armored doors, or the Daikin air conditioning in the false ceiling), but some things still look like they're being renovated. The bathroom is beautiful and well-kept, but the shower, for example, is a bit out of place, so to speak, as it's basic. The wall-hung fixtures are beautiful. The only downside: the cleaning lady... I'm sorry, but she's not up to par with the place, not so much for the cleaning, as the residence is quite clean, but for a mix-up that occurred, more due to her superficiality than anything else.

I stayed with my family at this residence and had a great time....very close to the beach (from the balcony I could see my umbrella which was practically on the shore) and to all the services such as restaurants, clubs etc....I will return.

This place is definitely one to avoid! Terrible reception. We found the desk girl in the bathroom upon our arrival, annoyed because she seemed to have disturbed her.
We were there because we had agreed the night before to pay a deposit for the winter rental of a studio apartment for two 65-year-old retirees. Not only did the girl refuse to collect the €650 we had brought her, she also told us how they got the money and where we were getting it, asking uncomfortable questions about our private lives (I should point out that my aunt receives her pension and the survivor's benefits from her deceased husband). She seemed a bit out of control. Very rude, VERY rude! VISIBLY UP IN HER SENSE. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND avoiding this place. The structure is visibly dilapidated, dirty, and poorly managed.

Very close to fantastic beach life, but very quite. Great beach shopping. Amazing restaurants everywhere. Amazing ladies in reception/office. Suite a little beat up, huge balcony

The apartment was spacious with a sofa, kitchen area including all necessary dishes, bedroom and bath room.

This year we chose an apartment instead of a hotel for personal needs. We chose residence domus because they were extremely helpful on the phone. Arrived at the residence we were very well received both us and our 4 month old dog. The rooms are very large and there is all the comfort. Today we needed a pan for the oven and after 5 minutes he brought us 3 different pans. For those who want to feel good and relaxed this is a great place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
