Bus tickets can be bought at the reception and bus stop to both directions (Rimini centre, Riccione) are 2-3 min away. Full board can be ordered at the hotel and there are also nice restaurants to be found near by

I was on vacation for 10 days with my family and my dog ​​(the dog didn't pay anything, unlike other hotels!) What can I say? The room was spotless, the mattresses were excellent, I slept very well, the air conditioning in the room was excellent, the bathroom was recently renovated, the hotel is located on a dead-end street, so there's no traffic, but it's very convenient for going to the beach and...

Above all, I was impressed by the food, I think the chef worked in truck drivers' restaurants because the dishes were plentiful and good, with always different sauces, meat, fish, pasta, and the buffet was all top-notch! Highly recommended for families with children and dogs

Excellent breakfast, homemade cakes and waffles, amazing! The beach was a 3-minute walk from the hotel, parking in the yard next to the hotel. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Rimini

We're a young family with two lively children. We booked for the week of August 15th and have been here since Sunday. We were given a wonderful welcome by the friendly, young, and polite owners

The kitchen staff creates exquisite delicacies from appetizers to desserts, and every day there's a wide selection to please every palate. The only flaw is that we didn't find it years ago

Affordable hotel near the beach and also near the train station. Staff are very welcoming. Furnishings are a bit old and the bathroom was a bit small. Otherwise bed was comfy and the cleaners did a good job every day.

A simple hotel close to the train station with incredibly hospitable staff and clean rooms. A five minute walk from the beach and a fifteen minute walk to the train station the location is hard to beat. Great value!

Amazing value for money! We have stayed here before and were happy to return! Less than 5 minutes walk from a super beach! The old town is within walking distance and the hotel is located near the main strip with many food options and bars, what more do you want?!

We stayed here just one night on our way from Bari to Bologna because we wanted to see San Marino. The Gabbiano was a pleasant little hotel, well positioned across from the beach. The staff were extremely friendly

The room itself was really small, but all I needed was to crash on the bed after a long day so it worked for me. The window in the bathroom was open and the towels were dusty but aside that the room was clean

The space was similar to the pictures we saw of the place. The breakfast was great(arranged by hotel tiberius) - don't miss the apricot shortcake if you ever shows up in the buffet

com, there are so many mixed/confusing reviews about this place but take my word for it, as of October 2025 this place is a great choice of stay if you are visiting Rimini

We booked an additional night very short termed on a busy weekend and the host as well as the receiptionist worked very hard to make that happen for us! The location of the Hotel really is great, as you can reach many destinations on foot and neither the bus nor metro station are far, which means that routes within the city are very easily accessible

They always do their best to please their guests and they do it naturally. They help with advice where best to eat real local food, see places of interest, recommend transportation options in Rimini and elsewhere
