The room that we were in was good and spacious , but a bit outdated, and some extra cleaning was required, to be a best value for money. Hospitality wise,no comment! All was on an excellent level

It’s got all the cleaning stuffs in the apartment. No housekeeping like in hotels. It’s an apartment, knowing this well, for us it was a pleasant stay and the price point is too good for the location and what it offers

If it doesn't fit, they'll take care of it as soon as a space becomes available! There were 3 of us with our large labrador dog in the 2nd building with a nice entrance on the 3rd floor with lift, apartment with kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, induction, there is everything you need with a sofa bed, then there is the other room with a double bed and a second single bed and a small desk with mirror...

nicely appointed rooms that are a close walk to the beach, train station and tourist sites. the area is a lovely vibrant beachside area and easy to walk around

Bathroom was small and needed a new vanity - it was hanging crooked because one screw has come out of wall. Easy walk to beach and self-service Laundromat very nearby

The facilities are great, including a small swimming pool on the roof with many lounge chairs available. Breakfast was fantastic with many choices including a menu you could order a few things off of to enjoy

There was only one issue that bothered us a bit and that was that there was a fair bit of mold in the shower around the bottom against the walls. It should be redone then this place would be perfect

The bathroom and room were well organized and clean. The staff were very nice and I would definitely recommend it. And it's close to the beach so you don't have to walk far and there's a street market every weekend

Positive is the food [we ate ourselves pretty full] negatives are they do not have fridges in the rooms or even a shared one, no microwave in the hotel so you cannot heat up your food [which are not the best travelling with smaller kids] and they mostly speak only Italian

I felt very safe there with the shutter gate covering the sliding door to the balcony. The room was very clean with extra towels and pillows

Location is good for young peoole, there are clubs near, and also a station to Metromare(Rimini so called metro) and it takes u to the center of the town in like 6-7min. Do not choose it if u want to be near the old town

Room was clean & great size. First room- heater was messed up. Went to front desk to inquire on proper use & was immediately given another room on same floor. Desk assistant was extremely nice & helpful.

The wounds were clean and comfortable. The desk lamps did not have USB outlets and the electrical outlet outlets that were on the desk. Lamps were broken and in operable. The bathroom sink faucet had a slow leak

My favorite place to spend weekends when I lived in Italy. We stayed at more of a remote area of the island without roads. The only way to get to the hotel is to hike or take a water taxi.
