We had a great time at this hotel! It has a great location near the beach and entertainment, the food is yummy, it's clean, it's quiet, and most importantly, the staff is warm and friendly.

We were one week in hotel Monti and were very satisfy. It was very near the main street where you could take bus to Riccione or old town. Good situation about a 15 min walk from the station and about 10 mins down to the front. Only stayed 1 night and spent minimal time in the hotel. Very friendly staff, reasonable breakfast. Price good. Room was very dated however. It did the job for me for 1 night but I wouldn't wish to stay for an extended stay.

The rooms are not very big but there is everything you need for a weekend. The rooms are clean and equipped with tv, the only thing the conditioner does not have remote control but it is the reception that manages it. The food is good, well cooked and well proportioned. The staff here are knowledgeable, efficient and available......eye to the pranks of Gabriel....... I will stay there again

Great hotel and cheap... good food, clean, kind and helpful staff, the room was perfect, Mr. Francesco and Mrs. Susan are great hosts, and in addition the lady is a very good cook.....like being on vacation with friends....the train? You get used to it quickly and then the freight ones (noisy) pass rarely... close to the sea and all the services...!! I highly recommend it....

All the bad reviews are from stuck up Americans who come on holiday expecting room service and foot rubs, it’s a lovely place that’s upheld tradition and some of the best food you can find, sure rooms are small but if you came here for some huge sweet with 3 sinks in the bathroom then might I recommend going to Florida, I wouldn’t change a thing about the place and I’ll continue coming here until otherwise

For a budget hotel, this hotel is close to perfection. Our room had a comfortable (for a budget hotel) double bed, a big wardrobe, a small desk, chair, TV and an ensuite shower. The key for us was a functioning air conditioning, which we had to pay extra for, but which was certainly worth it for a couple not used to the Italian summer. We didn't try the TV. An ok hotel, with a good quality/price ratio, located in front of a wide beach with fine sand and full of sun loungers, included in the booking price, particularly warm water at the beginning of July, gentle entry into the water, at 20m it gets deeper and is only good for swimming. Truly fantastic location, one step away from the sea. Nice rooms, decent cuisine. Negative note the breakfast, if you arrived after 9 there was little choice, I don't know if they forgot to replenish the buffet or if they had run out of various products early in the morning ... a little more attention on that would not be bad .

Seafront structure basic room good mattress with a nice topper very clean room and I must say also the breakfast is not bad. Small flaw the silence of the rooms, they are not soundproofed and a group of kids came back at 3:30 making a lot of noise in the corridor and once in the rooms you could hear their talking.

Really nothing special here. They advertise breakfast but it is really just some coffee. Staff might have had a bad day, was not really pleasant. Parking is available, no issues there.

I think the location is the most exclusive that you can get. In radius max. 10 minutes, you have airport, train station, beach, but you are not on a noisy street. The hotel is clean and matches the photos. Only negative, that pool wasn´t filled, but it is not season yet, so i get it. And if you have car, many parking slots as well. Overall very good for good price.

This place was such an unbelievable find! I would classify it as a 4 star hotel but for long term living. I got a fully stocked apartment - fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, big balcony, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, slippers and towels for 4 guests (I was alone but I didn't realize I'd booked this large of a space) I extended my stay when I realized how amazing it is! Excellent facilities and very clean and up to date. The pool needs re-tiling but water was lovely and clean and open till 11pm every night, which my some loved! Would recommend!
