It would be really nice, IF there was no bar downstairs. In our room it was loud. VERY loud, A lot louder than you would put your TV. Until 1 am or the like on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. On Sunday it was closed, however might also because of the Easter holidays. Don't know about other days.

Also the dishes and glasses needed to be cleaned once more before using them.

Actually a very nice residence. Exactly how it shows in the photos. Perfect location. Good pricing. The management team is very sweet and allowed us to store luggage before and after our stay. The only problem, the AC broke, and it took until the next day to get a reply. This is the only time I missed having a hotel-like service. However, it would be unfair to say that knowing this is a BnB model. Would recommend. Any day!

I paid in cash at check in and was charged again on my card. They ignore my contact attempts. I regret staying at this place. Be careful not to get ripped off at this accommodation.

We had the "Boat" apartment, where we were greeted with an unpleasant smell of stinky feet. Airing it out didn't help, the smell stayed. The apartment was the dirtiest we had on our Italy road trip: remains of killed mosquitoes all over the walls, toothbrush splatter on the broken mirror and door and black hair from the previous guest included in the towels. We really don't need luxury, but it should be clean so that you feel comfortable. Those who like alternating showers will get their money's worth here: the water changes from hot to cold every minute. In addition, few (free) sockets, a wastepaper basket as a bathroom waste bin, lamps without an umbrella, old stained curtains. The sleeping area of ​​the "Boat" apartment was not shown on the booking site otherwise we would not have booked it. Where there is still a green plant in the photos of the kitchen, there is now only space for the rubbish bin. Just not inviting.

My wife and two teenagers rented two apartments on the same floor of the Piazza Grande for 10 days while we were visiting relatives. What a great find! Each apartment was small at 30sqm but contained a double bed, modern bathroom and kitchen and an aircon unit - one of those floor ones, and pretty good crockery and cutlery. The lift was a bonus as we had four big suitcases. Igor is a brilliant host - almost always available in the office next door and happy to assist with anything. The residence is right in the middle of the citte vecchia - the old city - metres from cafes, bars, a brilliant birreria and restaurants, but in a quiet street and all windows are double glazed. Really good value for money as well! If I had to suggest an improvement it'd be to add either shutters or darker blinds as the light does get in each morning! I'm giving it four stars!!

Lovely apartments , very well furnished in a very heart of the city, close to nightlife, restaurants and all !!! Definitely will come back !
