Great little hotel with cosy atmosphere and friendly staff. Everything is super clean and their breakfast has a really wide selection of foods (toast, eggs, pizza, biscuits, yoghurt etc). My room had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and bidet. It's really easy to get to the railway station (10 mins walk) and from there to the airport and Rome city centre. My room was quiet and had a lovely terrace from where you can see the Mediterranean Sea. It had tea-and-coffee-making facilities and a fridge, a TV, desk and a wardrobe. As a solo traveller I felt really safe and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely return!

I last stayed at this hotel 9 years ago and was pleased that it was just as good this year as it was then. The staff are lovely and so helpful. The breakfast buffet has so much choice, the fresh bread and pastries from a local bakery are so tasty. I like the vintage posters and decor and this time our room had a terrace which was a big bonus so we could sit out in the evenings. Our room was big, clean and had a handy fridge. The shower was excellent, and the bed so comfy. My boyfriend found the free WiFi very useful for looking up train times but I had no use for it.

This place has a lovely location with views of the sea, and quite comfy beds. That’s where the good news ends; this hotel is in need of love, paint & repairs! Broken/chipped floor tiles, no working AC, broken hairdryer and overall in need of fresh paint and new decor. Every felt slightly grimy and looked a bit sad. Also plugs are not the modern kind that accommodate all types of plugs so you would need an adaptor. On the other hand there are so few power outlets that that charging anything means you have to unplug the TV and fridge. Sad, it could be such a lovely place but the years have passed it by!

This is not a hotel! This is a very bad b&b without the breakfast . The property is in bad repair & not fit for purpose! 3 staff were helpful otherwise they ignored you . The owner walked around dishevelled & rude in dirty clothes ? The breakfast was pathetic. The room was clean otherwise would not have stayed.

Cold shower. Early pick up at 7:30am for transfer to the airport but breakfast only starts at 7:30am….. nothing said at the time of check in even though I booked a transfer to the airport with reception. Definitely not a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel 👎

The staff is great. Friendly, professional, and attentive. The decor in the lobby is quaint; in the rooms it's pretty simplistic. Bed is fine, shower is the small European kind, and it'll do. Across the street from the sea, the view from room 118 is gorgeous. You'll also be near anything you need. The air conditioning worked well enough.

Room was fantastic. Powerful air conditioner. We had a room with an ocean view, well worth the upgrade! Bed was comfy and shower worked well. Staff were very helpful and friendly with any questions/requests we had. Location was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing.

Beach in front of the hotel. Very nice staff. Delicious breakfast - sweet and salty. Large and pretty comfy bed. Balcony. Good window shadows. Cleaner cleaned my room every day. Nice place with nice atmosphere.

A strong hotel - everything is perfect for a comfortable stay by the sea! The breakfasts are simply amazing!! Pillows, a snow-white bed, a TV with an HDMI connector and cute cool guys at the reception! It's simple, and you can come here on vacation either alone or with your family!

This has the feel of a classic old-school seaside family hotel - a bit aging but clean, quirky, and warm. Amazing balcony view over the sea. The manager was very nice and everyone seemed friendly. Rooms were simple but a generous size and my bad back had no issue with the beds. The corner shower in our room was quite tiny and required some contortions, so if you are a person of size you may want to check first. We imagined that the older woman sitting in the lobby was La Sirenetta herself and was an aging star in residence at the seaside. Lovely back garden patio and there is a restaurant on site as well.
