I am Mr Wang from New Zealand, I would like to thank Lorenzo and Claudio for their excellent and professional services during my emergency case. On May 6th, I had sudden heart attack. When I came down from my room, Lorenzo and Claudio demonstrated their serious concern and called the ambulance immediately. It was nearly midnight and They stood in the cold outside and waited patiently until the ambulance arrived. Because they reacted quickly, my life is saved.
I would truly appreciate their friendly gesture and outstanding professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to my friends in China and New Zealand.

In addition, Veronica deserves our big thanks. During my treatment in the hospital, my wife had a very difficult time. It is Veronica who helped to relocate my wife to stay in the apartment next to your hotel. Not only did she organise the transfer immediately, Veronica also showed my wife how to take the public transport to the hospital, assisted the baggage and personal belongings to the new apartment. She demonstrated extreme and calmed down my wife. We are so heart warmed by her friendly help.

This will be our second time staying here. This time on purpose. We booked with Air Mile points for 4 days last year. Unaware this was a hotel used by around the world tour groups. We had a wonderful breakfast each day with multiple tour members. The breakfast was a highlight for us each morning. Please ask for a cappuccino or other coffee off of severs, its an upgrade to the one provided in the machines you can use. The fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, baked goods and cereals you can get was different each day and care was taken to ensure quality. The staff was great, always helpful contentious, polite and knowledgeable of what we needed. Our room was top floor with a balcony, even though it seemed like an Art Deco era hotel, it was clean well maintained and was modernized. The area is incredible, close to transportation, grocery, as well as attractions and restaurants. I felt calm and peaceful each night if our trip. I have 2eADHD and this alone sold us on going back, the noise congestion and chaos of Rome did not appeal to us to stay in, this was booked after careful consideration of costs, and reviews saying it was there "go to place" to book when in the area even for Rome. I highly recommend this place as well for the same reason now.
