The hotel is old but functional.
Very nice staff! 🙏🏼
The room is okay but could really do with some renovations. Bed is alright. The shower is very small. Great view. Breakfast is... well, it's there 😅
When you only need to use the room for sleep, it is alright 😊👌🏻
It will take you an hour+ to get to Rome. Public transport works very well and is fairly cheap 🪙👍🏼

The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms need some update. The location is perfect. Overall for a 3 day trip was ok.

Arrived to check in and the room has smelt of smoke and cigarettes.
It was that bad of a smell, I ended up having to check out straight away 2hrs after checking in and left the property to fly home early next morning. It was better sleeping in the airport floor than staying there.
The staff, did not offer any solution to this, and when notified of the smoke smell in the rooms, they still wanted to charge me for a nights stay for the “2hr check in”
Even better, when I left they tried to convince booking.com that I didn’t check in and tried to hold a no show fee for this.
Joke. Would not recommend unless you don’t mind sleeping in a Smoke smelling room.
Go elsewhere.

The reception team are great Francesco and Chiara, they are very warm wherever you come from and will choose the best conditions for you.
The shower facilities are amazing, I have not seen them anywhere else in Italy, even though I have been to every city in the country
I give it a 5 and I don't understand why this hotel doesn't have that rating, it's the best place in this city.

It was a great visit there. Nice rooms, very friendly stuff, nice location, you can walk to the sea, there a lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Trainstation is ten minutes by foot. We really enjoyed our stay...

An absolutely fine accommodation located right on the beach. It would definitely need a big renovation, as everything seems very old and worn, but rooms are clean and comfy, perfect for a short stay. Breakfast is included and better than what you would expect - pastries are fresh and tasty, drinks are the cheap sugarloaded postmix, but overall absolutely fine. Staff speaks English on an acceptable level and also kind.
