I had a great stay, but it's a shame it's so far from the city center, and without a car it's impossible.
I think breakfast could be improved, and the same goes for the additional guest fee...
I paid €220 for a 3-day reservation and almost €120 for an additional guest.
When I would have paid maybe €10-20 in total on the app, the hotel charged €25 per night, obviously without free cancellation.

The hotel was excellent, but the rest could be improved.

Everything on this place is bad.
Pictures are not depicting the real thing.
Weird smell in the rooms ,
Super outdated place , the photos on the website are heavily edited and they do not show what this place is in reality.
The ac has mould and I am allergic to it , it’s at the exit of the AC so you can imagine I had a very bad allergic response that did not allowed me to breath properly for a couple of days . They have not painted the place since the beginning of the times, the walls are dirty. The location is very bad, you cannot walk around due to the lack of proper sidewalks. I booked because we wanted to visit Ostia , which is close from it but the rest was horrible. We left the property despite have been paid two nights. I would have left immediately but was too late when we arrived. Not recommended.

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommend!
I had a wonderful stay! The staff was warm and welcoming, and Manager Jan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities—especially the pool and breakfast—were excellent. The hotel’s location was also ideal. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Was able to arrange a shuttle to the airport at 7am. About a 20 minute drive.

Full transparency, the facility and rooms look nothing like the photos. Even the neighborhood felt unsafe. The room, sheets, blankets and bathrooms were dirty and stained. After ready reviews I felt unsafe staying here and upon my arrival it was confirmed. If we hadn’t had the longest travel day, I would’ve left.

You should also know that your taxi from the airport to the hotel is 60 euro, cash. The airport shuttle from the hotel to the port was only 35 euro which can be paid by card at the front desk. Overall an unsavory experience. Spend the extra money to get something cleaner, more commercial and closer to the airport.

Really old rooms, dirty. Unsafe neighborhood. Nothing nearby at all. Rooms are HOT, no air conditioning. Pay the extra and stay at something nicer or airport Hilton

The facilities in the room are old and broken, but the price is low, there is nothing we can do about it.

The hotel is tired and so are the rooms. Poor lighting, air conditioner does not work in most rooms. You can barely get into the bathroom because the vanity is in the entrance of the bathroom. Water pressure is very weak. Staff is friendly but cannot help. They offer fans but moving hit air around does not make air cold. Book anything else. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
