We had a wonderful stay, the owners were so helpful with restaurant recommendations and if you are going on a cruise the location of the hotel is wonderful just a 3 min walk to the shuttle buses.

Hotel older and dated. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Location to cruise shuttle was excellent (very short walk). Short walk (10 minutes) to town. I would stay here again if I were getting on a cruise ship.

Excellent people working behind the desk. Excellent location near cruise port. Good breakfast food. Beds were very hard and small room.

Because our flight could not catch up with the departure time of the cruise ship that day, we had to arrive at the port one day in advance. It turned out that choosing this hotel was a very correct decision. She is located right next to the ferry bus stop, making it very easy to push your luggage to the bus. Arriving at the port a day early also provided us with the opportunity to take a relaxing half-day tour in the local area. Although the hotel itself is a bit old, it is very clean and the hotel staff are very friendly and will take the initiative to help with luggage. The overall experience is very good.

It is near the Port and there is a shuttle bus near that takes you to Grimaldi Terminal or to the castle. It is near a Pizza restaurant and the service is excellent.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The concierge went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He helped us print some peppers and even have us a free Coke while we are dinner. The room was a bit musty and old.

Very good location if you are embarking on a cruise from Civitavecchia. Stayed a night before our cruise and really glad we did. Got great help from the gentlemen at the front desk both in the night and during the day. Very basic accomodation and check out is quite early at 11am, but they let you store your luggage at the hotel. The cruise transfer bus is available right next to the hotel as well. Restaurants and coffee shops are just couple minutes walk from the hotel.
