Very kind people in a little too old structure. It is located in the very center of Fiuggi, where everything is within 10 minutes reach by feet.

La Suite era davvero bella, accogliente, molto pulita. la tv con canali Sky un valore aggiunto per la visione di film e altro. Quello che si percepisce subito è la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. Il ristorante lo consigliamo vivamente, per il servizio e per la qualità del cibo!

I was a guest of the Hotel for New Year's Eve, there were Christmas decorations so beautiful that passersby entered the courtyard to take pictures. Warm, clean and quiet rooms with an easy-to-use air conditioning system - crank with 1, 2 and 3 - may seem futile but in many hotels you need an engineering degree to get the temperature you want. The staff is very friendly and always present, great flexibility both at check-in and at check-out. Central location, you can walk everywhere. We will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a modern hotel with locked windows don't come here. This is a beautiful Art Nouveau structure, with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The rooms have a small terrace. Very good catering and very kind staff. I will return, I hope, with other groups.

Very modern bathroom with many features and gadgets. Room without too many pretensions. Bad price / quality ratio. For the night of August we paid 134 euros in 3. For the rest, competent but a little rude staff. Good breakfast. I don't consider it a 4 star hotel

Large, clean room in a beautiful Art Nouveau building, remarkable breakfast and great courtesy. Convenient free private parking. Excellent central location.

Although the rooms aren't large, the hotel makes up for it with an amazing atmosphere and delicious food. The staff is incredibly kind, and a fellow countrywoman, to boot. A place worth recommending ☺️

A one-night stay for a group, we were given a very small room with a tiny bathroom and a tiny shower stall—no more than 60 cm wide. The double bed was narrow—about 120 cm. The service at the dining room and reception was friendly and helpful.

The staff and owners are extraordinarily kind.
I took advantage of the half board and I must say that I had a great time. It is the classic spa hotel, well maintained with small rooms but comfortable for those who only have to stay a few days.
Certainly in 2021 a more modern TV and a mini bar in the room would not hurt.

I absolutely recommend a stay .. clean rooms, very friendly staff and always available for any change of program. As for the food..excellent!
