Very clean, staff was very helpful and friendly, convenient spot for bus transportation the only issue that I did have is the walls being very thin to the point I could here people snoring in the other room from inside the bathroom.

It was a beautiful stay but language was an issue they didn’t know English. The rest everything was clean breakfast was amazing and everything was close by. Thank you !

Great place to stay
This residence is close to the bus and not far from the train. Close to stores and restaurants. Cristina was so helpful and even offered airport transport (self pay). The room included a balcony and shades on the window that would block out the light it is eco friendly since you use a card to turn on the electric. I had a very busy schedule that included an early bus tour so I was not able to take advantage of the included breakfast but there was hot and cold water and a Nespresso machine in the hallway. So even though it was a bit out of Rome it was a perfect place to stay. I would definitely book again. I felt safe waiting for the bus or walking to and from the train.

The property owner was very friendly and polite. She provided a wonderful European breakfast with fresh pastries and coffee / juice daily. The room was clean and homely. Transportation to downtown is about 30 minutes away by metro bus for about 1.50 euros each. Each way. Easy transport walking distance from hotel. If you need transportation she can arrange driver to airport or port. We had a wonderful experience would highly recommend this establishment.

There was no communication or posting that the check-in was on the 2nd floor of this building. The frustration of not knowing where to go or how to get to my room was unbelievably stressful! A strange lady let me in the building and said she thought this B&B was on the 2nd floor but not sure. Thank goodness for her and the timing of crossing paths.
Once on the 2nd floor, the door was locked to check-in and nobody answered the doorbell or my phone calls! I waited 30 minutes outside the door on the steps before another stranger passed. I asked if he knew how to get ahold of the manager. He did and called Cristina (I think was her name) who said she'd be there in 5 minutes.
This manager was rude and inconsiderate as to the frustrations guests experience just trying to get check in.
The coffee and croissant was passable at best. Other other pastries / cookies were packaged and loaded with preservatives.
The room had an ironing board but no iron. There was also a stove top, but no cookware.
The boiler went out and I was forced to take a cold shower to get to a scheduled meeting before it could get fixed.
The so called clean sheets put on the bed were dirty! (see image)
