For a one night stay, it was ok
Longer than that would be problematic as I had basically a room with a bed and no shelves to put items on, neither in the bedroom nor, bizarrely, in the bathroom
The "welcome drink" was a bottle of water so as cheap as it gets
It is close to the airport - a 90 minute walk or the shuttle bus at €10
It is called a hotel but it has no facilities other than the room to sleep in and beware, the "reception" is only available from 16h to 20h. Outside of those hours, it is not possible to check-in so if your plane happens to be delayed...
Breakfast is from 8h30 (but was actually available earlier) and was very good
The shuttle to go back to the airport is good value but runs only at certain times - reception advised on this
There are plenty of places to eat in Fiumicino itself

Staff was very helpful. My housekeeper Marina went out of her way to help me on my first stay in Italy.

The front desk manager Oscar was extremely helpful. The location was good whether you want to be near the beach or the airport. On the negative side, the bathroom in our room left a lot to be desired. It was extremely small and honestly smelled a little moldy.

Perfect for a night's rest before flight back to US.
taxi from airport would not take credit card. Had to pay with lastbof my €s.
Next morning shuttle would not accept credit card either.
However driver was able to arrange payment by calling his office. Bery much appreciated.

It's actually a homestay, but it's inappropriate to package it as a hotel: the check-in time is set at 4 pm, which is unreasonable; the rooms, bathrooms, and toilets are very narrow, and the entire dormitory is managed by almost one person, while the price is ridiculously high. It's the worst time I've been cheated.

They even give you water at the reception. Nearby there is a delicious restaurant Cielo
Purely. Cosy. Close to the airport.

I am very satisfied with the small, lovely, clean room for one person. The only thing is that in the room there is no hairbrush, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers to wear in. home.

I was also very satisfied with the hotel owner's service attitude. It's just that I couldn't call them to open the door for me after the scheduled time I had set.

In the end, I had to ask a kind neighbor to dial the phone number to call the hotel owner to instruct me to open the door.

I stayed centrally located in Rome in another hotel. I used this hotel because it is convenient location for the exiting day out of Rome. This is an option if you want to avoid crowds on a Metro in route to the airport. The Metro ride is cheap but not hassle free. Friendly staff, clean and minimalistic room.
