The rooms were okay, but the bathrooms were gross. The bathtub was not clean, the light switches had brown/ orange dirty fingerprints all over them.
The bathtub had no shower curtain so water got everywhere. The staff at the check-in desk was great and spoke English well, however, the other staff did not and it was hard to communicate our needs. The spa area is very nice, however, there was not one just regular pool to swim. We just wanted at least one cool temperature pool, but were disappointed. We got a couples massage and the pair doing the massage was giggling and whispering the entire time making it really uncomfortable. My biggest ick with this hotel is they only give you one robe, and one towel for the spa the entire day. Your towel is sopping wet after just one or two of the spas. Even your robe is soaked. We were cold and uncomfortable most of the time outside the water. The flip flops also hurt my feet so bad. Came once, will never return.

This is my second time visiting QC Terme, it’s literally my favorite spa. We had a reservation but arrived at the wrong time, yet the staff were so kind to reschedule and immediately let us in. We basically went for stargazing, and it was such a wonderful experience ✨ I definitely want to come back 🤍

This place is amazing 😁
They give you a robe, towel, and flip flops so you can you wear a bathing suit all day. A very comfortable soft robe to wear to the breakfast buffet, the lunch buffet and the happy hour. The pools are great; nice and warm with bubble massages and water fall massages. The most relaxing beautiful location and it's near Rome airport. It was a great way to spend a day before a long trans-Atlantic flight

We had NO HOT WATER and they didn't do anything about it. We stayed here because we saw beautiful pictures of the grounds and it was close to the airport. However, upon arrival the night before our flight, we had a lovely front desk person but then it went down hill from there. Our room didn't have hot water and they couldn't fix it and didn't have any other rooms. Nobody apologized or said anything. They just said it is what it is. Very unhappy with that. Also, room service was supposed to serve food until 10:30. We called at 10:10 and they only had a few of the menu items because it was too close to shutdown time. The food we ended up getting was terrible. The grounds and spa are cool, but it is very basic stuff that is talked up to be really cool. Like one area has waterbeds from the 80's and they talk it up like it is something magical. We will definitely not be staying here again and I would recommend others do not as well unless it is priced really really well and you don't mind cold showers.

Wonderful stay. The spa was great and relaxing. Food and drinks were average and not too much selection. Room was beautiful and comfy. The hotel is close to the airport but very far from the city area, so it suits better for someone who's leaving Rome or just arrived.

The hotel is close to Rome Airport and covers a large area. There are four or five open-air spa areas, which are full of white roses. There are many people coming to the spa. Seeing too many people, we did not buy the 58 euro spa package.
The room facilities are relatively old, but the area is OK.
Because it is far from the city, we had lunch and dinner in the hotel. Lunch is a buffet with many varieties and tastes good. Dinner is a la carte, and the products are average. I didn't have breakfast.
In the morning, I bought an airport drop-off service for 8 euros per person. It needs to be booked in advance. It arrived in about ten minutes.
The service is OK. I took a bottle of water from the small refrigerator and the front desk didn't charge me.

The hotel has a very good environment. The hotel includes hot springs. It is very close to the airport and is located in the suburbs of Rome. The air is fresh and quiet. I stayed there very comfortably for one night. The breakfast was rich and the service was meticulous.
