We reserved online to hold the luggage for a few hours before going to the airport and then when we arrived was no one in the reception and the door was closed we tried to contact them but wasn’t possible, then we got answer from another guest that was waiting, that the reception would be close for 2h. But in the reservation says the reception is open 24h. Very disappointed with this service. Don’t book in this place.

Extremely poor. The apartment was cold and full of mold. Avoid their apartments as they are awful places. The check in is slow, the breakfast is a joke (a bonus card towards their own bar which hardly cover anything), the staff doesn't even follow Covid guidelines. Everything about this place is bad. Avoid like the plague: I stayed at appartamento Sestante.

It is a scam. DON'T STAY THERE. do NOT BOOK any room with them! The apartments they rent are in badly run down social housing apartment buildings from the the 50s and 60s in a neighborhood you would not want to get out of your car, let alone stay there.
Just getting they keys from an office in a neighborhood which is basically a slum, should warn you. It it advertised as "luxury" apartment rents, it would be funny if it wouldn't be so sad for the poor tourist who rent with them. If you define luxury as bad smelling, dirty social housing in a neighborhood where you would not stop to let your trash out.... ok.
They advertised and still do, a TRIPPLE room with double and single bed. We received a small room with a double bed in an apartment complex, which smells, is dirty and UNSAFE. I can only repeat: booking.com rents these apartments in an unsafe area and makes itself liable to any harm you might encounter. The apartment was badly maintained smelled, was superficially cleaned. There where holes in the wall. The wallpaper was ripped in several places off the wall and it smelled badly( no surprise). I would not rent this to my mother in law! We went in, saw the neighborhood, the room and LEFT! Neither the owner nor booking.com is responding after they received the money. Before they where happy to communicate per whatsapp, as soon as money is received = dead silence.
Again, A STRONG WARNING to ever rent from this owner. And yes i am an experienced traveler, but habe never ever received such a bad service. Since booking.com is not responding on any channels i will chargeback my credit card and bring it to small claims court. The service booked was not received and I seriously doubt they rent any decent apartment. Be warned. DO NOT BOOK OR RENT WITH THIS OWNER!
