Not a hotel guest here. This review is for a very rude lifeguard I encountered on the beach in front of the hotel, which I assume works for this hotel. When I walked past the beach area in front of the hotel, I pulled out my phone to check where I can rent an umbrella(I was standing, not sitting), and within a few seconds, this lifeguard walked up to me, and rudely asked me to leave, I said “sorry I didn’t know it’s private, will leave now” He smirked and said “I don’t understand you”. A little kindness and manner can go a long way to help someone, and a poor one can instantly ruin someone’s day. Unfortunately he was the latter. I hate to say it but I was the only Asian-looking person on the beach, and I wonder if he targeted me on purpose. Because of him, I don’t think I would ever stay at this hotel in the future. On the contrary, lifeguards at the hotel next door (aurora) were very polite and kind and helped us out and told us where to rent an umbrella at the hotel even though we are not hotel guests.

Would not recommend. The rooms are tiny and the bed was by far the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. No electricity by the bed to charge electronic devices. Door slamming constantly in the middle of the night. On top of all that, the beach isn’t a free area to hotel guests, just to sit on the sand on the hotel’s private beach costs 20€ per person. The town is lovely and there are a lot of other hotels by the beach.
