This hotel was in a great location, everything was very nice, clean, staff was attentive and professional. The breakfast was amazing. I’m so glad I opted in for it. The options were tasty, fresh, and there were many healthy options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The heat did not work. The climate control did not provide heat, made a lot of noise and bad smell. Instead of fixing it, they disabled it completely. I was not offered another room where it worked

Very charming and cozy hotel, they have all what u need and the staff are very welcoming. The food is great and the rooms are just enough and nice. I recommend it.

We stayed for the second time. The hotel has been slightly renovated, but unfortunately, the main thing - the ventilation system - has not been updated. It is noisy, either does not work or works very poorly, there is visible mold. I would like to give it a one for this. But the staff is very nice, the breakfasts are good, it is generally clean, and the location is great, so I am writing the review as is and have given the ratings objectively.

Stayed there as usual, breakfast was good. Convenient location. Very close to the fountain, many restaurants around. The room was quite clean, it would be better to choose a higher floor.

Our stay was really short. The air-condition wasn't working and we discovered it at the end of the day when it was time for a sleep. We didn't inform the reception

We had a great stay. The hotel is located in a quiet side street and within walking distance from most major attractions. An abundance of restaurants in the vicinity, from simple fare to fine dining.
Parking is valet only, 25-30 Euros a night, and reserving a spot in advance is recommended.
Only downside: the hotel has only two tiny elevators (and 9 floors) and one of them was out of service during our stay. That can cause a looong wait.
