An excellent hotel in a perfect location near the train station and the Flixbus stop, and right next to a bus stop with a direct connection to the airport. Comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms and bathrooms. Above all, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are delicious. We’ve stayed here twice and will definitely be back.

This Hotel had the best service I have ever experienced when traveling especially abroad. The gentleman at the reception set the bar so high, that the other hotels I have stayed in cannot compare. The breakfast service was outstanding and very delicious. Finally they let me leave my backpack and heavy items at the hotel while I visited Genoa. Book with them you wont regret it.

Excelent hotel near the train station and bus station, very clean, friendly staff, the room was wonderful, confy bed, clean towels, hairdryer, tv.. I really had a wonderful experience staying here and would definitely return. Thank you!

Great location, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, and the staff were just fantastic, incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall it was a fantastic value.

Great hotel near Port, trains and rail stations. Lovely staff. This hotel whilst rated as 2 star has everything you need for your stay. Our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast good. I would stay here again. We were just overnight, but would like to return to better explore Genoa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Chopin and could not have asked for a more helpful and gracious staff. The room was comfortable and clean and the location, mere steps from the Piazza Principle train station, was very convenient. The breakfast offerings were delicious! Also, we were able to leave our large luggage behind after check out while we went on to Cinque Terre for a couple days which made our train travel so much easier. We highly recommend Hotel Chopin and all of the lovely staff there for their kindness and assistance!

The hotel is in an excellent location close to the central railway station, people at the reception are friendly and ready to help . We had a nice stay in a spacious ,clean and quiet room. Strongly recommended. Maybe breakfast should be a little bit better

I give 5 stars because of the staff , what a great team, they will try and help in any way possible with assistance , advice, directions recommendations. If I return i will definitely book direct with the hotel for car parking etc. For me the location was excellent as i was travelling off by train and it literally is a stones throw from Piazza Principe Station which with heavy rucksacks was ideal. The room was functional and had everything i needed. My only tiny suggestion and it actually may be my lack of asking but a kettle in the room so I could make a hot drink during the night without leaving the room. I would definitely recommend for these reasons.
