Fine for a night!
Staff were really nice and helpful, condition of property was dated. Bathroom was very makeshift and everything needed work. Room was a good size, but bed was old, soft mattress and made so much noise every-time you rolled over! Area didn’t feel great at night, would be fine for a couple but I wouldn’t stay here alone again.

Good design hotel
It has the best design packed with music history and equipment, and room is clean and comfort with good design, it also offered bags carry. I'd very good experience.

Around the property a little sketchy. Hotel was nice and clean. About a block from more touristy old town. Everyone was lovely, I was there with my daughter so possibly different view of area if wasn't on high alert mode.

Very helpful and nice hotel staff
O hotel temático é charmoso, limpo. O quarto tinha pequena cama de casal, split Ac quente e frio e smart TV. O banheiro novo, com todas as conveniências. O café da manhã é excelente (5 euros um café completo, com frutas, sucos, focaccia, croissant) e ótimo atendimento.
Os único ponto negativo é a rua onde está localizado. Apesar de ser bem central (fizemos tudo a pé), não ousamos voltar à noite, porque a frequência não pareceu boa, apesar do recepcionista nos garantir que não havia perigo.

A very good hotel for a short stay. It's close to the port and pleasant. The noise is still quite present, but it stops around midnight.
The bedding could use replacing; it's quite unpleasant to feel the springs.

This property is not bad, it even has a good music ambience, but it has a serious safety and security issue. It is situated in a bad and unsafe area at all times. The owners who manage it acknowledge it but rather than address the issue they chose to close the reception at 8pm. They provide a key and a code to enter the back door. I came back around 11:30 pm and was surrounded outside by a bunch of people, let’s call them with not the best intention. I had the key to the back door but did not had the code to enter so I rang the bell. One of the owners opened the door extremely angry, that I had dared rang the bell. He was almost certain he was about to assault me and walked behind me mumbling what knows what. Very rude and nasty. That is the way they treat a paying customer. Bottom line avoid this place at all costs. Avoid places that are managed by the proprietors as they tend to get involved in all matters not always in a positive and make it personal. Furthermore, Invest a little more money paying a hotel chain in a more centric hotel where security to their guests is a priority. One more thing I wish to add as hotel in italy are required to keep personal information, a few years ago I gave one a bad review and the owner called me to insult me.

The hotel is not far from the train station but the road is difficult to walk. The old city is full of narrow alleys, with dangerous buildings on both sides. Small hotels can only be regarded as B&Bs and their conditions are very poor. The facilities are old and some are broken. Just stayed for two days. I tolerate it because I care about travel convenience. There were many black people around at night, and I was still scared. Wouldn't recommend staying here. The reception at the front desk was quite warm. There is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage up and down the narrow stairs.
