Everything about the hotel was perfect. Spacious room with a huge bathroom and impeccable cleanliness. Perfect location if you want to visit the aquarium and the historic center

The only downside is that the parking lot has an entire floor dedicated to electric cars, but the charging stations weren't working. Luckily, there's one right under the hotel!

The location is relatively close to the train station, but also close to the attractions. Worth it

Ideal location and pleasant stay Ideally located and a very short walk to the port area. Complimentary breakfast which was a bonus. Rooms are not huge but this is not an issue if you're out most of the time anyway

With elevator access, my small room was dominated by a too-large bed but was comfortable and had all the amenities I wanted. I would stay here again and I recommend it without reservation

My room with a lovely balcony overlooking Ave XX Settembre exceeded my expectations. Because of the double paned glass in the very tall doors, there was no street noise. My room was was spacious and most delightful

The hotel was marvelous, the room was outstanding, it was a short cab ride from Genova Brignole, and the area along Via XX Septembre was upscale with a short walk to the Piazza Ferrari and the Sophrano Gate area

We had a great time: the room was spacious, the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs and requests, the building was centrally located for reaching the main attractions, and the lounge had a view of the Duomo

Close to the city centre it’s easy to reach all the main attractions within minutes and it’s also located strategically to guarantee a relaxing but well planned stay

The beds were comfortable with a ceiling fan that kept the room fresh without the noise from AC. Perfect place to enjoy Genoa’s old town while staying at a very typical palazzo!

The personal knows great local restaurants, which serve typical Italien/Genovese food, which ou do not want to miss. If you go to Genova, this is the place to stay

This hotel is in the perfect walkable location to the promenade, beaches, restaurants. It has a lot of common spaces that allow sitting outside under beautiful trees. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to walk to waterfront boardwalk and restaurant/ bat options. Had a nice sea view room. Train station 50m from hotel. Great for picking up friends who met us on the trip.

I stayed for a weekend with a group of friends. Nice view over the neighbouring villas and partial sea view from the balcony. Great position close to clubs and restaurants. There are 2 chargers for electric vehicles

Easy to access from train station just under the Castello. Room offers plenty of space and decent view. Just bear in mind it is next to busy street. Staff was brilliant and super helpful

Walking distance from the train station. Single room, quite spacious, 2 windows in the room and 1 in the bathroom. The hotel is quite old, but clean.

It takes 5 minutes to transfer to the center circle of the pier, subway and train station. The hotel is clean and well-equipped. Along the seaside line, you can reach the Maritime Museum and Diving Aquarium

the hotel was perfect, the room was very clean and very nice. The only problem was maybe the elevator that with the suitcases is a bit uncomfortable because it was small, but for the rest everything was perfect.

I tried to ask the front desk lady if she could change a room with an elevator for us, and then we were upgraded to a room that was very spacious and comfortable!

We originally booked this hotel, but this hotel did not have an elevator and our luggage was very heavy

Bottled water, tea, and instant coffee are provided. The only drawback is the small shower

Lovely overnight stay in an area just outside city centre by a few kilometres. Still easy to get to and had a local feel with many workers and families coming together under the arcades

Hotel Cantore is well situated for local bars, cafes, restaurants etc. The room was very clean and of a good size to accommodate 2 people and all our motorbike gear. The staff very very friendly and helpful

Can only agree with others that this is a top quality bed & breakfast. Facilities close to 4 star hotel, spotless, tasteful decoration, comfy beds, air con etc. It's an exceptional bathroom and shower too

To get to the historic center there is a short and pleasant walk along the central Via XX Settembre. For us it was truly pleasant and strategic to stay at Cà dei Nobili

The B&B is also in a strategic position both for moving with trains and buses from the Genova Brignole station and for reaching Boccadasse on foot with an hour's walk

Great breakfast in small dining area. Located on4th floor - yes there is a lift. Walking everywhere - so good to have central location close to brignole station

Friendly people, you can even come back late at night and they open up for you. Rooms/bathrooms are clean and characaristic. Also you could fully open the windows which was very nice

A budget hotel in city center of Genua. A small budget hotel in perfect location in Genoa, close to the central station and the old town. No luxury, but the rooms are nice and clean.

We arrived late in the evening around 10pm, last parking nearby closes at 12 so kind off were squeezes to find a place to eat. The hotel clean and friendly staff.

We left our MSC cruise and took a brief taxi ride to the hotel. It's close to the port but I would not advise walking to the hotel from the port. There is too much traffic to make the walk safe
