The two of us stayed at this property for a day trip to Genoa. The location is fantastic for exploring the city, just a short walk from the metro station and Genoa's main square. Unfortunately, the room was dirty with very few amenities. We found stained towels, and there was no bidet towel. The bathroom was small and had a very old door that was difficult to close. We won't be back.

The welcome was very friendly and pleasant. The hotel is well-located, and the room was pleasant and clean, despite a minor drawback with the air conditioning noise. The shared toilets and shower were not a problem at all and were very clean.

Conveniently located in the city center. Quiet. The lady at the front desk was friendly.

What I didn't like:
The twin beds were pushed together but kept sliding apart. The shower was tiny. Breakfast isn't available as there's no kitchen, though to be fair, there's a lobby area with a vending machine, a bottle warmer, and a microwave.

We booked for 4 people after only taking 1 shower the bathroom was out of service because there was no water flow. Fortunately the hotel has 1 shared bathroom that we were able to use. Refreshment and sanitation work is necessary.

We were extremely disappointed. Our ferry departs at 8:45 AM this morning, and we should already be at the port. Unfortunately, the parking garage doesn't open until 8 AM, so we can't access our car. The hotel's online listing stated that parking was included, with additional charges only applying if our vehicle didn't fit into the hotel's dedicated garage. Yet, we're still being charged 20 Euros for the parking facility anyway. This hotel is completely unsuitable for our needs, and this was not at all clear from the online description. I am utterly disappointed and appalled!

Highly recommended! The room was spotless, the location was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in urgent need of renovation. While some websites list it as 3-star and others as 2-star, a 2-star rating is far more accurate. The bathroom features a Sanitrit system, which was not mentioned on any booking sites. It's a real shame, as it's housed in a beautiful building and boasts an excellent location.
