The spa area is really chill with a beautiful outlook from the sauna. Food and drinks are eye watering (it is a 5 star hotel after all) we are one night at the hotel it was ok... Not worth the money so ate out after that.
All the staff were incredibly friendly and courteous.
We will return as we really relaxed here.
However, the coffee could be improved, and the evening restaurant (the same space used for breakfast) is a major letdown - the food is average, overpriced, and some of the service staff show questionable attitude. For dinner, it’s definitely better to head into the city.
The sauna and pool close at 7:30 p.m., which feels far too early. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great views, but given the room rates, it doesn’t quite deliver the experience you’d expect for the price.
