We had 5 nights here in late June. Location is excellent for getting around the lake. The room we had was lovely (modest size) and cool (was super hot outside). The buffet breakfast was superb - kept us going until the evening. Staff very helpful / attentive. Pool was a bonus to help cool down. Lots of good bars and restaurants walking distance too. Can’t wait to go back!

I have traveled for many years and I don’t think I have ever received such a warm welcome, literally coming from reception desk to receive us outside. All staff and family went out of their way to make sure you were well looked after. Rooms were clean, views lovely and breakfasts superb, what more could you want? Family and staff gathered to wish us goodbye and safe journey, thank you all so much. Xx

Amazing staff very helpful and went above and beyond to make the stay perfect and especially breakfast staff was amazing and the breakfast.

Highly recommend a room with the view of the lake, worth waking up to this.

Ideal location for exploring the west side of Lake Garda. If traveling by car, it is a good halfway point for exploring north or south. The ferry is a nice option. Free beach area is a 3 minute walk. It is a seven minute walk to the town center. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options, including a custom cooked egg and full service espresso bar. The staff is very caring and considerate of your comfort. Hugo was the best server!

Exceptional Experience
Wonderful stay! If you are having hot flashes and there’s a heatwave, the air conditioning works, but you have to give it 30-45 minutes. The staff was THE BEST! So nice, kind, polite. The grounds were gorgeous. The pool is down the road, across the street from the hotel, but wow! It is tiered gardens, a view of the lake, breathtaking, and so quiet and peaceful. A short walk to the lake, crystal clear, and will take your breath away. Delicious breakfast and amazing coffee, with outside views of the lake. We are already planning to go back.

We stayed at Hotel Villa Europa for two nights with my wife and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel has a beautiful view and a charming atmosphere, nestled between the lake and the mountains. But what made our stay truly special were the people.

Everyone on the staff was kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. Marco at the reception was incredibly attentive, and Hugo in the breakfast room greeted every guest with such optimism and a smile. Their kindness, the way they checked in with us, and how effortlessly they handled everything made us feel so welcome.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We booked this stay because we noticed the breakfast area had view on the lake and had a big pool. We booked a basic room which was located underneath the breakfast area. From 7am we had a lot of noise from the staff prepping the breakfast and guests arriving. The parking lot was constantly reserved and we never had the chance to park there. I think the ones that complain get a spot. There is parking 5min walk further from the hotel. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast has everything you need. The pool has an incredible view. Lots of screaming children though so dont book if you want to rest.

Exactly what we were looking for - family-run hotel with the most WONDERFUL staff, good a/c, incredibly clean, delicious breakfasts, gorgeous lake views, walkable to the beautiful town of Gargnano, and the most stunning and relaxing pool. Could not be happier we chose this charming, cute hotel! Adored every moment and will definitely return.

Superb hotel, there were 8 of us in total with all different room types / all of them spotlessly clean. The staff could not be more helpful. Lovely selection at breakfast and super views from the breakfast terrace. It’s about a 7 min walk into the small town and yes it is a steep hill home but it’s not too long! I would return in a heart beat :-)
