My second time staying... The location and the hotel are great... And yes I will be back, so it can't be too bad.
Down side... I am a slightly bigger person (comment on size are not needed 🤣).
The shower cubicles are so small that they fit like a body sock... It's difficult for me to shower....
Plus side (not plus size 😁) the breakfast is brilliant... Everything you'd expect from a European breakfast is available and is fresh... A bonus, a lot of them are not.
Location is probably the best location in the city - exactly halfway between the two stations. The lake is a 5 to 10 min walk... Bare in mind that I'm a slow walker.
I'd highly recommend this place.

It had a very modern interior design and a great location.

Great location, few steps from lake and even fewer from shops/restros. Hotel has a modern look in public areas and rooms. Lift however is archaic and completely useless. Room generally quiet, little on the small side with limited storage. Staff friendly, breakfast good, no bar or restro for dinner but loads of stuff around close by. Good for a limited stay in Como

Our stay at Plinius Hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at the Plinius Hotel and would recommend it to others. If we return to Lake Como we would stay there again. A very good experience with excellent breakfast and staff.

Nice new hotel. It is located near the embankment, there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Clean and new hotel in the very center of Como.
Breakfasts are modest (they only make omelettes and scrambled eggs), but delicious.
There are cold cuts/cheeses/fruits
Delicious pastries
There is orange juice
The rooms are spacious.

The room was spotless and quite spacious, with a nice view from the balcony also. Breakfast was also very good, I would stay here again.
