We have been here 3 times, always a pleasure, so now we have decided to stay for a longer holiday, we recommend, great location and very attentive, polite staff.

Fantastic stay, close to the historic center, yet still very quiet. Very attentive staff. The SUP room was luxurious! Parking is available in the courtyard, but book in advance!

Highly recommended. We stayed for the weekend and received excellent hospitality. The staff is always attentive and ready to accommodate any guest's needs.

Hotel was clean but room decor was very dated. Breakfast was very good. Wifi was also shaky.

The hotel is really nice. The staff too especially the porter who was from Tunisa so kind. The room was quaint. My only issue was the AC was extremely cold even when I tried to adjust the temperature. I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely stunning property which feels very inkeeping with the gorgeous architecture across the lake. Only a 10 minute walk to the lake through the beautiful shops. In a quieter area of Como and far less touristy but arguably mkre beautiful.
Breakfast by the pool was just brilliant. Great spread of food. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel!

Great staff, really helpful and kind; one of the porters even let me borrow his own adapter as i'd brought a 2 pin EU adapter with me and this hotel uses the 3 pin type.
Good breakfast - buffet style with enough hot and cold options, sweet and savoury.
Would recommend this hotel already, but the location and transport links really help.

The room is nice, with an old-fashioned feel and a sense of history, very close to Lake Como

It is far from the train station, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the lake area. The hotel is old, the bathtub is comfortable, the breakfast is too simple, and the elevator is also old. The service staff is friendly!
