Great location, wonderful building, solid breakfast and very very professional and accommodating staff, who went above and beyond to be able to satisfy the requests we had prior to check in by responding quickly to emails . I can’t recommend this place enough. Also they have their own parking which makes checking in and out much simpler than in most other places. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

Absolutely love this hotel. They treat you so well and make your stay very pleasurable. From sitting out front and watching the ferries come and go, to having a great meal served up. I can't recommend them enough. Their Breakfast buffet is amazing and very fresh. The coffee is exceptional and all served with a smile!

Small, uncomfortable room. Can hear people above you walking avove you all night. No coffee/tea available available until 7 am. No where to put a large suitcase. Small sink, shower leaks. Bed comforter is too small to cover the bed. Put sign on door, do not disturb, while we were out and about, they came in and made the bed, closing the suitcase that was on the bed, wrinkled clothes. Not a good experience.

Very comfortable stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly, the breakfast included was delicious and substantial. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Good location, but would not stay here again. There are better options nearby.

There is no gym and the room is small. There is a nice bar next door, but it plays loud music all night.

The best hotel on our honeymoon!! First the place is gorgeous, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were also great.

The location is ideal. The restaurant is very nice and breakfast was superb. Their menu for lunch and dinner is rather diverse and fairly priced.

The staff was very nice and overly accommodating. They refreshed the room rather early while we were eating breakfast. Then later in the day stopped by to ask if we needed our mini bar re stocked.
Then another person came by a few hours later asking if we needed new towels.
.
I would definitely stay here again.

Older building with charm. The room was very small, asked for an iron, and they brought a board that wouldn't fit in the room. No extra toiletries aside from soap, shampoo, etc.

I'm not sure if it was location on Lake but kept getting bit by mosquitos inside and on deck area. Additionally, the linens were dirty and asked for them to be changed.

Great location on the water front. Easy walk to the main squares and all the
Activities. One only stayed one night as we were passing through.

Room was loud from all the outdoor activities. Probably will not return.

Good location and very cleaning hotel. The room we stayed is on 4th floor which is small. Good breakfast and hotel staffs are very friendly.
